The room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Really appreciate that iron and the iron board also were put in the room. The housekeeping staff also really helpful.
The tv channel was limited and some of the listed channel can't be watched. The cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved.

Water from the taps are quite dirty. Brown water came out whenever we turn on the tap.

The room smell of mold . Give me quite impression because first time i entered the elevator was smell nice, but opposite for the room. please improve your cleaning services, sirSecond, wall also thin and i can hear car from outside.

Our room facing hospital, all day long just hear ambulance sounds many times, overall is good.
It was spacious and the rooms were big.
The bed sheets had gross stains and was difficult to communicate with the staff in English, but they were polite and nice.

The aircond temperature isnt cold enough when we checked in and it was gone cooler in the morning . On top of that we didnt have a good sleep as it was very near to the roadways. Caused incovenience

Room was so hot. Asked a technician to come check in the middle of the night and he said he doesn’t know how to set the thermostat. We were all sleeping in sweats. My sister had to change her room the next day in the middle of doing her wedding makeup because its so hot.
