Lumut Hotel

It is near to jetty. There is a smart tv in the room. The toilet is quite clean. There is a KFC nearby for the kids.

I got summoned by the local authority for parking here without coupon even during holiday season. Make sure to buy coupon for the parking.

Location is very strategic in Lumut. Nearby Mr.Diy and 99 speedmart. Lot of parking but not free,need to pay to local authority. Receptionist is very super friendly. Room okay, just nice. Staying around 4 night here. Can stay here again.

Housekeeping is compulsory even though you think your room is okay. So need to go out around 11am for housekeeping. Parking need to pay.

Short walk from bus station/jetty/beach. Easy to find: on main road of the town. Supermarket and bank across the road. Hot/cold shower with strong water pressure. Helpful staff.

Noisy (kid screaming till 02:00am and people around reception from 06:00am)

The location was good, everything was walking distance. Mamak shop was just next door, dominos was across the road with 7E and speedmart.The room was cozy, shower was good.The front desk personnel was very friendly and welcoming.

The pillow was too thick, so when you sleep sideways, you'll get neck pain..bed was comfy.

What I'm thinking don't like is.. about air circulation in the hotel.. please upgrade it.. because.. the odour in the hotel should be more cleaner.. but what I'm experiencing is.. the odour won't circulate well.. the odour is pretty bad.. please check properly..

Staff: The lady with short hair is really friendly and helpful.Room: Clean, smart and morden design, especially the bathroom tiles. You can even choose the door bell music :D Have many electric sockets.Amenities: bottles of water, cafe packs, a kettle, cups, teaspoons. Strong wifi.Location: Strategic, near DIY, 99, the beach, lumut ferry and eateries (all eateries are cheap and delicious)

Room: The major minus point for me is the bed and pillows are quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Wall insulation is not good as well, can hear lots of noise next door and in the corrider. I woke up so tired because of this. My window view is the neighbor's house, so I closed the curtains all the time for privacy. I could forgive eveything if the bed and pillows were at least comfortable.Amenities: No toothbrush, no toothpaste, no shower gel, no shampoo, no mini fridge (it's not necessary with this price)Staff: The guy staff at check out is a bit less friendly and intimidating while asking guests for checking their rooms.

The location is near to the jetty and there is ample parking around the area. The room is comfortable and clean.

•The room hallway was not bullet sound proof,i can hear children crying along the hallway,which im fine with it,i read others review in booking.com,they tell the same thing,overall the hotel is great,im sure hotel will make an arrangement for this issues•The towel,friendly reminder for ladies who love to make up, the towel cannot be use to wipe your make up face,if you do it so, they will charge it towel price during your check out (cause you know, its hard to remove make up stain from towel,bedsheet,pillow case)

I like the location, the staff was really friendly, the cleanliness and the room itself.

I like the staff very much...very friendly and helpful...thanks to Ms Chin and Sam also...I plan to come again some other time...
