The location of the hotel is very strategic. Near all attractive places. Near the restaurant, etc.

The room is a little bit small, the breakfast needs to be updated or upgraded.

The location is very strategic. Easy access to the Lumut Jetty. Happening at night because of the night market n also the bazaar.

Difficulties looking for parking n had to park a bit far at a dark area. The room is definitely for sleep. Not even a small area for prayers. The water pressure is very good. I like it.

housekeeping should check room before customer check in..got cup of drink from old customer and it smell already..only 1 small towel provide and no soap..otherwise all good

Please do service the aircond. In shower no hot water as well. I got bring my small kid, sadly hot water doesn't work.

The sheets and towels were yellowish and the tap water has a smell.

Their location is prime; banking institutions are nearby as well as convenience stores and local night market.

The room was terribly small for the rate and their blanket is meant for a small child.

- It was really worth the money- easy to book and check in- the breakfast provided exceed my expectations- room was clean

- requested a room with a window but apparently if u booked the room with single beds, they dont have windows. Note to future guests, get the queen bed room instead.- the single beds room is so small and cramp. No space to pray if ur a muslim. Not recommended for claustrophobic people.- they provide cups and few sachets of drinks but didnt provide an electric kettle.- limited parking space. If you manage to get a parking, make sure to get the local municipal parking coupons as they are fast to give u a summon ticket even on weekends!!- around 1 a.m, heard a few rodents running around on the plaster ceiling.

Not much..the beds were comfy though. Toilet was new but the hise was leaking a bit. TV not working.

Not enough staff, when I asked for help with the TV, the lady at the front desk said sorry your room has No ASTRO! The breakfast was bad, first day the mee goreng was very salty. The second day most of the food were almost gone..there was only one staff running here and there. She had to do everything on her own...pity her. Guests had to wait for refill. The hotel should know the number of guests who checked in. Next, the hotel never told us that there was no hotel parking. The first day I got Rm30 parking ticket. 2nd day .. there was no more parking spaces..we had to park outside the lots and got another Rm60 fine. Such a terrible experience. Sorry I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

TV places too high/ limit channel and some channel no sound, fridge doesn't work. Room too small.

Location is walking distance to the beach and "Jeti" ferry dock to Pulau Pangkor

Checking in and asked the staff about car park. She told me have to pay tickets since their location was tourist attractions spot but then it's Sunday and it's Eid Adha Public Holiday.. yet she still insisted saying parking have to pay ticket.. weird

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Price is good. Berbaloi.

To do the ironing outside the room. Small room. If travelling alone, better to have single bed rather than queen bed.
