Hotel O T P Hotel

nothing is good about this hotel.We were there for 2 room 5 of us inc toddler both rooms full off defect, cigarette smells and dusty.We decide to find another hotel and the reception promise to proceed with full refund since payment has been paid the property ( POA ). Yet till now they have not replied to booking.com about full refund.

Cheap and easy parking

Just the old building. Smell old. But ok

Facing the main road

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.Dirty, filthy, noisy, main door is alway locked and receptionist was unresponsive to open nor entertain your request

Nearby lot of attraction.

Small room. Not well maintained. Broken lamp not change. Not safe. Aircond make noise all the time since old aircond. Plug can't be used. Shower and pipes are all leaking. Need to climb the stair with all luggage to get to the room. I have stayed at other hotel the day before and the price is the same, but all are well maintained and spacious room with lift. Really not recommended.

Place..noise at night .. can't sleep well

First room toilet leaking then the staff asked to move another room more bigger & comfortable from the first one. Easy to park

Aircond was services (have date mentioned), the temperature oso good, but sometimes it auto closed.

improve cleaning level and quality of mattress, mattress coil spring is sticking out.

there's no one at the counter when u want to check out...waited for 25 minutes and yet no body....

Big spacious room, can accommodate whole family of 6

The shower head is leaking, please replace new ones

Last minute informed upon arrived at hotel saying no rooms available.

The location is very good !

The bed is too soft where you can feel the springs. Toilet bulb is half dangling.

Value for money, air cond is cool, bed is comfort

TV is not function, no escalator, using password rather than access card to access door (not safety when night time)

Can hear our neighbours outside or in the next room.

I had very bad experience while stay there. Water heater not working. No other room exchange when asked. Ceiling got hole inside bathroom. Never even stay overnight. Check out within few hours. Waste of money n our time.

Easy check-in and out

We asked for non-smoking room but the room we got was rented with cigarettes smoke... We have kids with us.

1. room had cockroaches in the room & bathroom2. Cobwebs behind the door, TV and bedsants on the beds

I didnt get to stay because only 5 minutes before i arrived,indian female receptionist call me and inform me that my room have been occupied. U imagine that time is around 7pm,i need the room for my kids to have rest after a long journey. She said she already give my room that i have booked earlier to other walk in family because they want straight 4 days, that more profitable for them compare to me just book for 1 night. However i think its still unfair to me who planned well for my vacation with my family. She said i can book another room since i s didnt make any payment ye.. of course i dint meake any payment because i just follow guideline in the booking .if they said i need to make payment earlier i can make it,ni problem..but what they did is unfair. They dont apologies to me, instead they say its a normal things that always happened at the hotel..
