Hotel O Hotel Orchard Inn

At the last min had to book this hotel .but honestly not expecting more ..

Aircon not working x ceiling fan .water supply at bathroom are really sucks..

Easy to find the location

Facility not good, got tv but not function, wifi too slow

Bad

I pay for orchard hotel.but I got villa in.they sent me to other hotel ?

The location was a bit over a kilometer from bus and ferry terminal, so it was close enough.

The room was worse than on the picture. The bed lights did not work as well as the wifi. The bathroom was very poor - the shower head was unscrewed and overall it was not good. The water pressure was nonexistant. The hotel did not have toilet paper and when we asked for some they said no, after a long discussion they told us to wait for 10 minutes but we never got the paper. The room seemed as if at first it was luxurious and then they ran out of money. The staff had very poor english and all the experience was poor. It is okay to stay there for a night before ferry but it is too expensive.

Very poor

I waited almost 1 hour before I could check in because the staff manning the counter fell asleep. Customers after I checked in also waited a long time before being able to check in

The price is so cheap ..

Waiting for receptionist so long time .. bcause no staff on the counter .. around 1 hour...no provide towel n soap .. just give when we asking for , .. bad services ..

New management eff the day i rented the unit as said bu the staff. Overall just okay but need lot of improvement including cleanliness, facilities and wifi.

No wifi, dirty environment

Clean , spacious and friendly staff.

No signal , have to relied on poor connection wifi. Please upgrade your wifi. Thank you.

The price is the cheapest compared to other hotels around. Room size is ok especially when you travel with a lot of luggage.Staff is helpful.

Internet connection very bad in this area, hard to work in the hotel room with no internet.Very gloomy hotel (maybe due to the facility age)Have to wait for the staff before I can check in.

Double Booked

I booked to stay for one night and got the confirmation email, but when I arrived, the receptionist told me the rooms were fully booked. The worst service you could get. I had to find a new hotel.
