no lift - have to climb 2 floors to the queen size room at level 2. not suitable for people with injured knees.

The rooms were clean.

The staff - no initiative and everything needs to refer to their manager who is not there. The TV in one of our room is not working and was not fixed until we checked out. We checked in at 2.30pm and reported that it was not working at 4.30pm. Maintenance came but was unable to rectify the problem and need to ask the technician to come. Unable to change room as we did not report earlier.

Less facilities. Such as refrigerator, dishes, water filter. Basic things that you should provide for big family especially 'FOR FAMILY' who booked at your hotel and they chose for stay at your apartment. So at your apartment, should have that facilities. Thank you .

Cleanliness is well maintained. The hot shower pressure is very strong, feel like showering in high-pressure jacuzzi, syok!

Opposite the hotel is a restaurant packed with wedding dinner guests, car park may be limited during dinner time.

Need to change the water heater because 1st day can use but 2nd day not have hot water heater seen we have old people and children they cannot bath on cold water hope they can try to fix it.

Parking can be quite limited on peak season. It would be better if the rooms have an electric kettle for making drinks.

room are clean and got window so the air circulation are good, is the window got mosquito net is better. so we can open the window when night time. because my daughter want the place air is circulate.

Rooms smells, when call to extend for another day staff said not available. But then when some one from out called to book the rooms are available. How is this ? Could u be honest next time ???
