- Very.poor management. Checking in was horrendous. No staff at all when I arrive before two o'clock. Called but the person who answered insisted that we wait as the staff only coming in at 2pm. Don't really know how to handle advance booking via booking platforms/apps. Facilities in room was not great. Problems with faucets in the bathroom. Lights not working properly. Only one remote to be shared for multiple AC units in different rooms!! Only passable. As I only need a bed to sleep for the night, it is passable but never would I choose this place if I'm on a holiday!!

Near the beach & view
The service was horrible. Water supply stop during our 2nd day and no staff at counter. Try to call the 24H service operator. Non pick up even after 30 times. They said the room already clean up but we go inside, nightmare

The price quoted on website varies alot with the amount collected at the reception. Noisy at night as swimming lesson conducted at the pool. Cleanliness not to expectation level. The pool and the lift was not maitained well. Pool water dirty and lift floor tiles cracked

Receptionist was not so cooporative and she didn't check my booking properly. I was suppose to get 2 keys instead she give me 1 key and I have come down again to get the 2nd key. She wasn't friendly at all and never say sorry for her mistake.
Swimming pool was good. Suitable for kids and adults
Facilities in the apartment was so limited. No teaspoon, no hair dryer. Kitchenette provided with no dishwasher.
Please provide additional cups and plates for family room like this. Because we came 5 person not enough cups to make coffee for our breakfast..other than that all perfect really nice place to stay..we all enjoy our stayed in your place..Please keep all the good job..thank you so much for your kind hospitality..

The peaceful environment and the seaview, cleanliness and parking is encouraging and satisfying. Teluk batik seaside is nearby for family outing activities. The greenery rain tree natural hill is refreshing.
There will be good to prolong the in house swimming pool service to 8pm due to hot sun by 6pm. Secondly given value added service of wireless internet connection for customer to stay connected along the holiday will be appreciated.
The condition of the house and the location.
The cleanliness and the condition of the swimming pool also should have been better if there was a fan at the hall
