Apple Suites Hotel

I like the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and spaciousness of the hotel. To my surprise, This place also comes with a few covered parking lots. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who opts for a short stay at Sitiawan. It's value for money.

Great location, plenty of parking surround the hotel. nearby having many restaurant for food, pharmacy, bank, 7-11 cafe etc. most important is this hotel consider quiet not direct next main street which help to have a good sleep at night

Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.

No fridge in room. Shower not fully enclosed causing water to leak out to the toilet and sink area.

Spacious. Comfortable. Clean. Aircond works well.

Hotel was clean. Hot water and air conditioning was great. Near to shops such as Zus, pharmacy and food outlets.

Very dark hallways. Could use more lighting.

Staff respond to the feedback and solve the issue promptly.

I like the proximity of the Apple Suites Hotel location which is rather central to go anywhere from its location.

The only air conditioning unit in the given bedroom was not giving out the cold air at all. Fortunately and thankfully, the only indian maintenance service man was around and came to remove and clean the filters of the air conditioning unit. He also removed the blower unit of the air conditioning unit and he cleaned it up using a direct water sprayer onto the A/C blower. Secondly, the main bedroom door entrance refused to function well as it could not be locked even when we pulled out the card key from the card slot. We called the front reception desk and we were told that the only indian maintenance service man was off from his work duty the next day after he washed and serviced our bedroom air conditioning unit. Finally, a Chinese supervisor or a manager came to replace and change the batteries of the automatic locked door and the door was fine with the automatic locking up function in place.Thirdly, the flushing system of the only toilet bowl in the toilet refused to flush properly. The same indian maintenance service man came back and he used the used (not new) water pump which was removed from other hotel rooms and replaced the broken flushing system with the water pump of the room. By right, we as visitors and tourists are not subject to inform the hotel about what needs to be fixed and repaired but all the rooms must be fully maintained and checked before they are rented out to visitors and tourists like us. Truly shocking and disappointing that all these have not been managed and handled well.

Location is central. Price is reasonable. Room is relatively comfortable

Could do with a fridge. Depending on where your room faces, it can be noisy. Our room was close to the mosque and we were woken up by the morning prayers which were louder than normal.

Same staff very helpful, Especially housekeeping staff !

Last stay found one or two fly in the room.

Easy to find parking and eateries around, a very convenient place to stay. Room is spacious and clean, comfortable .

The Air-conditioning not cold The water heater not hot Not satisfactory as these are the two most essential requirements that should be taken in priority but despite the name of hotel as publicized and charges it was not done .. Limited parking with no reservations made and no justification was provided The hotel staff management should immediately improve all the above that was complained and no excuses should be allowed

Location was strategic

The room was very dusty and the towels they gave us were linty and it got everywhere.

Overall it's a good stay for short term visit, I personally had no issue with the pillow or bed but my family member thanks the pillow is too soft and hurts their neck.We don't smoke, so we are particular about the cigarette smell, however it does not have any cigarette smell at all which is good.Toilet and bed are clean.

Not enough lighting in the room. Kind of dark in the room. It will be great if the hotel can provide more parking space.Only 1 air conditioner in the family suite is insufficient.
