The hotel itself is gorgeous, situated right on the edge of the sea. Facilities are excellent and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had dinner there one night which was delicious and our waiter / wine waiter was just fantastic. We hired electric bikes from the hotel each day as we didn't have a car.

The hotel is not close to any shops, bars or restaurants or things to do, so if you don't have a car you are a bit stranded. We had an enjoyable time using the electric bikes but bear in mind it is a long way to the nearest food shop and the dinner and breakfast menus, while very good, are pricey and quite specialist so you would probably want to stock up on food.

The staff, the location, the island’s nature. The staff were so friendly and went over and above to help us. The hotel was beautiful. Such a lovely design, modern, clean and comfortable. The food was incredible too.

The litter on the beaches. A little on the pricy side (but worth it). It was a shame their cafe wasn’t open during the day.

Great location right on the beach, and you can rent bikes from the front desk (sadly it was pouring rain while I was there). I enjoyed just sitting looking out at the water as the storm passed by. Nice onsen!

The fact that the room was not serviced daily and water , coffee not replenished unless you specifically asked. The food was very expensive and the location far from shops and restaurants

A superb location on the beach with lots of activities available. The breakfast was delicious. The evening meal is an absolute must! The onsen is beautiful with a lovely open view to the garden.

Room was comfortable

The location. Too far from the central area. Nothing is there around the property. On top of that, you need to book the hotel restaurant 3 days prior to your stay which I didn’t know until the staff told me.

Beautiful setting by the beach, only a year old and an excellent design. Room was very comfortable. Staff provided great support in finding excellent dinner options. Really good and kind service. 15 min drive into town

Cafe only open for limited hours. Be good to be able to get a good coffee in the morning

The location and value for money. The hotel offers free bike and equipment rentals which are great value for money. The location is a great location stated on a clear beach that can be enjoyed when the tide is low. The hotel is a 20 min walk from one of the best hotels on the island which can be enjoyed throughout the day. The hotel is in more of a serviced apartments rather than a hotel, towels and trash will be changed daily, and the room will be cleaned every three days.

I wish that there is a convenience store or a store that sells food on the hotel. I wished that there is a shuttle service. This is very important for travelers who can't rent a car on the island. I wished that there are a more variety in the breakfast and the ability to accommodate all of the hotel guests.

We really enjoyed staying in this hôtel. We had "Sea view private terrace " room. The view was great and the terrace too!Our room was big enough (considering small-sized rooms in Japan it's a great advantage!),very clean and beautifully designed. A lot of rangements for clothes, comfortable beds.Good Japanese style breakfast, made with local products. Also very good euroeen style coffee. Dinner was great also, but be careful: you have to book it 3 days before!Public bath was great. Clean, comfortable and very few people. They provided us bicycles, so we could explore the island on our own. All the staff was fantastic: reactif, helpful, welcoming. Spoken English is very good.

There is no near-by supermarket (you'd better bring your favorite candies with you).The walls are thin, you hear your neighbors speaking and snoring. As, for us, we had the neighbors only for 2 nights, so we were not bothered a lot

Fantastic stay. The staff were super. The meals were world class. We spent 3 nights bit it was too short.
