- Accidentally booked a traditional Korean ondol room. We originally went with it as we've stayed in traditional tatami rooms in East Asia before and they have been exceptionally comfortable, however this was the opposite. The "mats" were as thin as a duvet, and the floor was not a specialized floor designed for sleeping, but rather a hardwood floor. It was extremely uncomfortable. The facilities in the room left a lot to be desired, and need to be upgraded. We were on the second floor, so could hear passers-by all night, and a streetlight was brightly facing us as we slept. The room was very warm, and when we turned the temperature all the way down, it only went down 2 degrees after 8 hours. Laundry room was useful, although there was no detergent available to buy for our whole stay, luckily we had our own. Just something to keep in mind.

The shower had black mould in it and the room smelled funny. Bed wasn’t super comfy either

Nothing. It was GREAT!The lobby was very warm. I understand it is expensive to use air conditioning but fans would have been nice to circulate the air.

We checked in one hour before the checking in time and they charged us extra money for it. I thought it was petty. It never happened to me at any other hotel, and I have traveled all over the world.

We had a nice stay at the hotel! It was large with two queen size beds and enough space to store 4 large suitcases. It was clean and staff were very nice! It also offered free parking!

I didn't get to stay longer
A good well kept hotel, conveniently close to the airport (useful to catch early flight.) We didnt use the indoor pool or spa due to a short stay. It was within walking distance to the pedestrian street. Car park easily available.

The beds were very comfortable. And had everything you needed. Even being so close to the airport you could not hear any noise from the windows. It was also very easy to get a taxi to the airport and was less than 10 mins away.
Overall, a good hotel with all the right amenities.
We arrived 15mins before 1500hrs to check-in but was asked to wait until 1500hrs. Just amazed at the inflexibility and the lack of good customer service. Other hotels would allow me to check-in earlier (15mins) as long as they have a room ready. I was annoyed at this poor customer service.
