Very clean and comfortable room to reasonable price, close to bus terminal.

The room is quite big, the beds are comfortable. We had a great view on the city and sea (cost a little extra). The breakfast was extra but it was really big, a lot of choice of food and it was delicious.

The furniture is a bit old and very used. Maybe needs little refreshment. Swimming pool was not for free, it was not mentioned on the description so we were a little disappointed, as it was one of the points to choose this hotel.

Have to request housekeeping even though we were told every two day stay the room will be cleaned. No teaspoon provided and the coffee smelt nice but was totally bland!

The room is large, had a balcony and had everything required for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided were sufficient. They also had a drinking water dispenser on the floor.

The reception staff didn't understand English and wasn't really ready to help. Also, I don't see the point of staying in Seogwipo as it's not well connected to the rest of the island. I would recommend staying in Jeju City itself for better connectivity.

The hotel is a short walk to the bus stations (5-15mins). The front desk staff are amazingly helpful (esp the night shift young man during our stay), and the buffet breakfast is excellent! The staff at the breakfast restaurant are nothing short of exceptional. There's a couple of 7-11s in the building.

Rooms are very spacious. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room clean and well-stocked. The bed was too comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. My daughter enjoyed the gym and spa though it is chargeable. I had mistakenly double booked one room and they were kind enough to process the refund.

Most of the staff could only speak basic English. This makes it challenging to ask questions like restaurants in the vicinity as they were unable to give guidance. Front desk was cordial but it felt impersonal at times. I had booked the rooms with breakfast but we were told otherwise. This could be an issue at Booking.com

Great ocean view, clean, big bathroom, the location is great. Taxi stop was just outside, big emart supermarket, Starbucks, McDonald's. The breakfast was very good, stuff did their best to speak English. Loved the pool. Having a sauna inside is also very nice, though it might need a bit of renovation

In the end of the stay we asked to keep 2 backpacks (usual bags, like 2 kg each) for a few hours while we look around the neighborhood before our flight back, and the receptionist lady told us they have no space to keep the bags and offered to leave bags under the table in a lobby, next to the exit where all people walk. Honestly, this is not the first time we have asked hotels to keep luggage behind the front desk table, but the first time, we heard such a suggestion. Again, our bags were not big luggage, just a usual bag type. It felt like the receptionist didn't want to deal with it. But we rather preferred to hear a polite refuse in this case. The lady on the B2 floor who receives payment for sauna rolled her eyes on me speaking not fluent Korean, haha Stuff ladies in the restaurant on R floor were very nice, though!

The breakfast buffet had plenty of options (both western and korean) and the fresh fruit selection was superb.There's a 7-eleven conveniently accessible from the lobby and street.There's a high quality smart tv in the room. Sound and picture were great.The water can get really hot and maintain the temperature. The water pressure is also great.They give you two free bottles of water, which taste good, and you can get new ones throughout your stay. There were three separate light switches, not including the bathroom, so you could make it as dark or bright as you like.All the staff were very friendly and polite. Their English was pretty good too. Wifi is localized to each room, and it was fast.

They could do a better job of cleaning the shower, especially the shower heads. Specifically they should pay attention to clearing up any potential mold. There was a thermostat and AC in the room, but we couldn't actually regulate the temperature. It was rather humid, and there was an unpleasant moldy smell that would smack you in the face every time you walked in the room. The beds only had one standard pillow and one small throw pillow. I think there should be at least two standard pillows per bed. The headboard was also a bit uncomfortable to lean against for long periods.The fridge is very small and can only fit bottles really. There also wasn't a microwave, which I guess isn't standard, but would've been appreciated. The light switches were in-between the beds, so you had to go to the middle of the room if you wanted to switch on/off the lights. Additionally, the lights only stay on if your room card is inserted, and you only get one. So if you're traveling with others, bear that in mind.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel with comfortable beddings and attentive staff. The location is easy to find and directly opposite of a convenience store and near many restaurants.

Wow! This hotel is located in New Seogwipo area. That area has different vibe like you're in seaside area. Room was clean and spacious. This hotel has a gym, an indoor swimming pool and sauna! It blew my mind! I didn't have to find a Jjimjilbang to go to. It has everything that I need. Gym was also well-equipped. Parking was a breeze too! They have valet parking where they took your car to an underground parking spot. Super convenient. Good for someone who's nervous about getting into narrow parking space. A lot of great restaurants nearby. EMart was close by also. Super convenient to go anywhere in Jeju Island. No doubt I'll stay there again next time when I go to Jeju.

Valet don't speak English. You may want to grab the clerk at the front desk to help you at times.

Great value for money. Very clean room which had everything you needed for short term stays. Also great view.

Location

Left only counter staff after office hours. Although we paid for family room for 4 pax, provide only 2 towels. Request for more but was informed no more towels available. Provide hand towels instead.

The room was huge and came with a balcony. The beds were so comfortable I had difficulty getting out of them every morning :P toilet was big, good water pressure !!! The television had Netflix, big plus when u supper and movie at night after a long day. The staff in particular even though they couldn’t speak proper English, were really really friendly and tried her best to assist me (I was 7 months pregnant).

The outside of the hotel made me regret booking the hotel UNTIL I got to my room which was superb. The lobby area was pretty run down and the toilets at the lobby were horribly stinky that I gagged.
