- The carpet in the hallways was really stained. We even checked if it was the same on other floors - and, yes, it was. Cleanliness of the room, especially bathroom, was of questionable state (it was bad, but by now we saw even worse). At first wifi did not work, but they fixed it quickly after we asked. Strange thing that no password required, which raises some questions about the security. Many small towels but zero suitable after the shower (also, fixed by the staff after we asked for them). There was only one TV channel in English (still better than none). No screen for mosquitos, and it was needed because there were a lot of them.
- An iron would have been nice. Electric socket kettle was plugged into did not work but found other sockets behind TV. Towels were very small smaller than hand towels so difficult to dry after shower. Would have been nice for coffee or tea sachets but brought some from shop not far away.

The room was comfortable and had enough space for us. The hotel is near the bus terminal, so it was relatively easy to get around.
The hotel was very close to the airport—this was only a problem because taxis didn’t want to pick us up for such a short ride.
The staff was so kind and helpful and the whole place was clean and functional to my liking. Really enjoyed the stay here!
The only thing that could have been better was if they were able to make multiple room keys. I stayed with 2 friends and we all had to share a single room key. This was a bit of a hassle and hampered our ability to move individually while here.
This area of Jeju city does not have a lot of options, there are older options near dongmum market and newer more expensive options on the other side of the airport but wanted something clean and quiet for 1 night as my flight out was early the next morning. It was perfect for the price range and clean.
A bit dated but wont hold this against the place given the price.
We had a perfect time here.Standard rooms are perfect for one person too small for two though .
