The hotel's surrounding is beautiful.The location is good.

When we checked in we were told that we reserved a room in the old part of the hotel. I told them that Booking did not specify an old or a new building during the reservation process.We got a room in the old building and it was ok.We reserved the room for 3 nights and were told that house keeping would be done only once on the 3rd day. It sounded strange.The towels were very small. We asked in the reception for bigger ones and they sent us bigger towels.

Beautiful property and location.

No shower curtain and the bath towels were very small.

The newly renovated room was very clean, spacious, and included amenities that helped us feel comfortable. The staff at the front desk - Mr. Kang and Ms. Na were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

You must pay a fee to use the pool (discounted for hotel guests) but there are strict restrictions - you must wear a hat/cap or swim cap, the deepest pool (1.5 m deep) can only be used by adults, so my teenage son who is quite tall and can swim, was only able to use the 1.0 m or 1.2 m deep pool, which many families with toddlers and younger children were using. The sauna was not in use during our stay and we noticed the bathing area as well as the locker area was not very well maintained.

⸻I don’t recommend this hotel – read before booking.Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and I wish we had been informed of certain things in advance.First, the hotel did not disclose that using the pool would cost extra. We only found out at check-in that it’s about $150 per day for a family of six just to access the pool, as each person is required to pay for a seat. Since we were traveling with four children, pool access was a major factor in choosing this hotel – hidden fees like this should be made clear before arrival.Second, the hotel is divided into two wings, and the “mountain view room” that was advertised as part of a 4-star experience actually turned out to be in the older wing, which felt more like a 3-star facility. The beds – both the regular doubles and the Korean-style floor mats – were very uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, we experienced bed bugs during our stay.This is my first time leaving a negative review on Booking.com, but I feel it’s necessary to share our experience. While the hotel looks beautiful in photos, the reality did not match the expectations, and a lack of upfront information made our trip unnecessarily stressful.

The room was spacious and clean.

To enter the pool, there's an extra fee. The hallway was creepy and dirty. The food was just okay...could have been better.

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. It’s very convenient, especially for a family trip,as there are quite few amenities on the or near the premise such as restaurants, pool, spa and even an arcade room

The room is very dated and needs full remodeling. Furniture is very old, kitchen table was wobbly and we had to be careful not to lean on it while eating. The door to the room wouldn’t open without a push and made a noise every time we opened it. If you are staying here, I strongly suggest to get a remodeled room.

I appreciate my stay in Kensington resort. The staff is very supportive, kind and helpful and was ready to proactively respond to my requests. The breakfast was amazing - with a variety of Korean and Western options, the restaurant area is very spacious. I also loved the surroundings of the hotel: very green, the bus stop close by which made it easy to reach the city and other places of interest.

The non-renovated room pictures were not very representative. I would recommend choosing the renovated rooms as an option to stay. We changed rooms during our stay, the staff was helpful with arranging the change, I am grateful for that.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was recently renovated. The grounds were beautiful and great location. We liked that they had a convenience store and laundry on the property. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s garden with the rocking chairs is very cozy. The restaurant in the main building offers delicious and diverse dishes. The resort had a convenience store and a great gift shop, and the laundry worked perfectly.

When we entered the room, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell, which unfortunately did not completely go away. The bed linens were torn in several places and had been patched. In the room consisting of three areas, only the living room door could be opened; the window could not, and one of the rooms did not have a window at all.

Location, hospitality, and spacious and clean room

The location, it has Hanlla san and sea views and also has a stream next to it. The landscape was absolutely great. We enjoyed the morning walk.It has a huge outdoor swimming pool, which seems amazing for summer. Jeju pork bbq restaurant has good quality meat and food. We stayed in the renovated room. Everything was very clean and tidy.They provide room cleaning service once every 2 days, meaning that u will get the cleaning service only if you stay over 3 nights. However, It wasn't a big problem for us!!Complementary mini bar has chocolates, cup noodles, and beers from Jeju island ! We loved it so much ! All the staff were helpful and attentive.

The bathroom was a little bit small. The second room has no A/C and windows. But it wasn't a big issue for us. We will still definitely choose this resort next time.

The location was at sewkipo 서귀포 one of the famous place in jeju, the view was amazing was super clean has everything you need to stay They got a “ashley “ a famous buffet in case u want to have breakfast/brunch and dineer, they got a swimming pool and alot of activities! I was lucky to find this place and i will visit it again

Nothing! Everything was literally perfect. Maybe daily cleaning services? Since its resort they don’t have this service

Room is a decent size and location by the sea is nice, convenience store in the hotel is very helpful and the breakfast was pretty good

Pool and other facilities not included and not even open, no room cleaning, it is hardly up to "resort" standards, very no frills

The name of the room is very similar to the room that is recently renovated. Be aware that which room you are booking. The one not recently renovated is very poor quality. The hotel should not use similar room name to clearly distinguish two different rooms each other (Kensington Premier vs Premier)

Excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings, very friendly and professional staff.

The staff were very kind and professional. We also got a complementary upgrade during our stay. I also like how towels were changed everyday.

Trash had to be put out by guests.

The lobb area was nice and spacious and a little kid’s club to keep the young ones entertained for a short while.

We were shock that we had to pay to use the swimming pool as a hotel guest.
