Olle Resort

The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean! The bathroom was also updated and both the room and bathroom were very clean.

The customer service was beyond poor. We arrived 20 minutes early and with no one around were asked to wait until check in time (fine). When we asked for more pillows because we had 1 per person we were told flat out “no”. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were told “we don’t have any”. Though there was a kitchen it had one pot and no pan as well as no cooking utensils. We asked for a pan and was told no. Spa and resort was a very generous term as there were no spa or resort facilities otherwise than an outdoor pool without a pool heater. We did a 6 day 5 night stay and there was no maid service. We had daily fresh towels and water which was left outside our room but no rubbish collection. Though there was a bidet it was all in Korean and we had to visit the reception desk twice to ask for toilet paper. The one good thing was that the woman at reception tried looking up a spa facility when we asked for recommendations but all were closed. The room needed updating which they seemed to be doing in the rooms below ours during our stay.

The front office here is very friendly and warm -hearted, which let us feel like our best friends. Also,the staff will say hello to you always !All in all, it's a very nice experience for me

Very large room, nice shower; the grounds are very beautiful.

No restaurant or bar in operation so the only way to get food was to go to the corner shop or to go out. Very difficult to find because location on local maps is incorrect.

The photos online do not match the current state of the resort- more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness (the rooms are clean but the balconies looked like they'd never been considered), and general repair of the building and facilities that were falling apart and looked abandoned. The pool also had moss growing in parts. There was only ever one front desk staff visible, who we asked to help with our luggage to take up to the 3rd floor (no lifts). He came running to take them up himself and after he was done we saw him running back, without ever addressing myself or my partner. No staff were ever present also at the cafe where presumably you were supposed to order drinks for the pool area. The photos online seem to have been from it's best days when it first opened - in no way does it reflect the current state. Overall the place seemed to be a bit abandoned and without care.

Hygene issue: Room: we had four cockroaches in the bathroom and there were numerous drosophilas in the room :(Common area: there were two cigarette ends on the stairs and they have been never cleaned up for six days.Room facilities issues: there was no outlet in the bathroom.Although there was a kitchen, there was no dining table or chairs, so we had no choice but to use a sofa and a small table.There was only one bedside furniture.No slippers in the toilet (bring yoirs).

Our room was clean and very spacious. The resort is clean. the breakfast buffet was great it had a lot of food options.

Very nice overall. Great rooms, very clean, and well equipped. Interesting layout of duplex. Great for families who like to cook. Will recommend to others.

Road to resort is very narrow and difficult. Play room needs to be updated specifically pool table. Bathroom has pebble floor which looks great but hurts to walk on.

Few broken amenities (Spa), some outdoor areas needed a good wash.

The room was comfortable. The tub was perfect! The grounds were very pretty.

The property advertised a restaurant but there was not one open - there was a coffee shop/ “breakfast “ open for a short time - if you pre-order. The GS25 on the property was minimal. The room could you a few repairs: the tubs jet button didn’t work (we took the knob off and pushed it manually), the screen door was a bit worn out, some of the lights flickered.

It was great and clean, delicious food. I had good time with my family

It would be nice if has 110 to 220 volt adapter. It was difficult to charge my cell and laptop.

Spacious rooms

Our duplex apartment's entrance was on the second storey without lift access, making it very difficult to move heavy luggage especially when it rained. Our group had another room in the block next to the reception. There was no access for cars to the covered car porch and we were drenched in the heavy rain. I believe the resort might be comfortable in warmer weather but the cold stone floor and unheated bathrooms is not comfortable in cooler weather.

The spa tub in the room didn't operate. The location is such that there are only 2 restaurants within walking distance and the on-site restaurant didn't appear to be open for dinner. The lounge didn't appear to be open in the evenings either. When we asked about laundry service or a nearby laundry we were told there was none. The last day we were there we saw a laundry within walking distance that the staff apparently didn't know existed.

Stunning more than spacious rooms with beautiful views of the beach and this part of Jeju, lovely bathroom with a bathtub with the same view! Absolutely recommended. It’s right by the beach and close to the center of the Aewol town. You’ll definitely need a car to move around Jeju cause it’s a bit far from the other towns and attractions - but I think in general you need a car or a taxi to move around the island so it really doesn’t matter where are you located. The staff is absolutely amazing and they are so lovely and accommodating. There’s a little convenience store within the property as well as a restaurant and a cafeteria. We loved our stay at Olle! ♥️

I'm giving them an 8 because of the great service from the staff. The service made our stay comfortable. Communication is still a challenge but the staff try their best to understand with apps translation. They were attentive&courteous;  the receptionist who helped us with our day trips arrangements ,the servers at the restaurants and room staff that clean our room and changed our towels regularly.The property is beautiful and massive, w/ gardens,pool (though no water when we came),views of the ocean and country side. We loved the privacy. They have several kind of accommodations to cater for different guests. Our room was clean  spacious equipped with living room, kitchenette, dining, bedroom and a nice sectional bathroom with jacuzzi. Big windows with amazing views. Glass door that opens to the patio. Room has great lighting with switches all in one location. Modern furnitures ( the sofa is new) ,appliances (tv, mini refrigerator,microwave, electric kettle, stove tops,AC,heater) and fixtures ( bathroom remote control, bidet & other functions)Our favorite part of the room is the bathroom. Separate area for toilet, sink,shower and jacuzzi.  The vents and water pressure (hot&vold) works well. Shower had a standing and removable one. Some toiletries available(missing lotions & conditioner,). Clean towels that they replaced daily.  Free slippers and water bottles. Great breakfast choices. Booked it early(expensive by our standards)Bed and linens are clean and comfy. Property location is within walking distance to the trail and restaurants. There is a grocery inside the property.

There is no clear direction where taxi should go from pick up and drop off. They always get lost. They should put more signage in Koresn&English for directions to guide where the entrances are. Front desk is located at the back so when we arrived, we had to walk quite a distance with our heavt luggages on a bumpy road.We probably arrived before the tourist season because some of the facilities were not ready including the pool. They seemed short staffed so you'll see the staff catering to several guests at the same time and running around. The property is beautiful but we noticed some of the interiors and exteriors are falling apart. Wear & tear of the climate perhaps, the property need some maintenance before it completely goes bad. We noticed the ceiling had water damage /mold marks in the bathroom. They tried to patch it by painting over it but it was obvious.  There was no bed headboard instead they had 4 holes on the wall where they stuffed them with paper napkins. The floors were uneven and creeking.We don't mind the mismatch of furnitures in a hotel room as long as they are functional and practical. The furnitures are not balanced with room; for example- the dining room has only 3 chairs.( shoulde be 4) 1 bed side table,(should 2 for both sides)kitchenette but they only provide some kitchenware or dinnerware to use such as a mismatched plates(not a set but different sizes),no frying pans, no paper or kitchen towels to use.  No sugar for coffee or tea.  We had to buy our own. How can the guest use the kitchen if these things are not provided? In our booking, it says we have patio furnituresbut there was only 1 chair, no tables etc.There was not enough storage for clothing for longer stay. They only provided a small clothing rack with 4 hangers. No walk-in cabinets or drawers.  We had to keep our clothes in our luggage on the floor. Some we had to improvise and put them on the chair.
