Comfotable spacious suite In central location.

A bit dated too many built in for long term stay.

The room was clean and calm.

It's no property amenities.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the view was nice,location was good, the room was clean. I paid 150€ for 2 nights for two people (incl. breakfast) and I thinke the price was alright.

The breakfast was extremely average, bathroom door didnt have a lock, there was no bigger towels(asked the reception and they said that there isnt any), hotel was a bit dated. If I had paid the original, non-discounted price of 450€, I would have felt ripped off

Location was wonderful, with many Seogwipo attractions nearby. Staff was kind and helpful. Amenities in the room were fantastic, I wish I stayed longer to be able to use them.

The bed wasn't my preferred comfort, but was still able to get a rested night's sleep.

The room was very spacious however it was quite run down (especially the flooring and bathrooms) and had that strong musty smell. Awesome location and short stroll to Olle Market and other eateries. We booked this place for the location, room size and the coin laundry in the lobby which proved to be very handy!

The towel situation (no bath towels), only a handful of crustacean smelling hand towels provided.

The room was huge!! We had a cute little ocean view too!! Parking garage was very useful!

NO TOWELS - hotel only provided small hand towels despite saying they had towels in the facilities section. The carpet was also dirty and the AC was broken.

The location is amazing! Short walk to local cafes, restaurants and also Olle Market

It was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in, despite my high expectations. I ended up checking out two days early because I couldn’t bear to stay any longer. Although I had booked two rooms for my family, we left early, resulting in a total loss of 4 non-refundable days.

Everything1. The rooms were far from clean. The floor was covered in dust, the mirrors were stained, and there was hair on the bed sheets, clearly from a previous guest. They don't change the sheets regularly, and when I requested fresh ones because I have a baby and need to maintain hygiene, the staff member said she had to check if it was the scheduled day for changing sheets. We waited about 15 minutes while she consulted her boss. There were no cleaning supplies available either. The staff didn't clean the floors, and when we asked for something to clean or dry the wet floor, the reception told us they don't offer any such items. Instead, they suggested we use the towels meant for drying guests' bodies to clean the floor! We ended up buying cleaning supplies ourselves to deal with the dust. To top it off, we saw another family with a baby also complaining about the lack of hygiene, showing the staff a dust-covered tissue and asking to early check out.2. You can't cook or have a BBQ at this hotel, despite misleading photos on their website. There is an induction stove in the room, but when you arrive, there's a sign above it saying you're not allowed to use it. There are no kitchen utensils or pans provided either. In the site's Q&A section, someone asked if they could cook, and the hotel replied, "The room you reserved can be cooked in, and the cooking utensils are provided." This is completely false. They allow cooking to some rooms and dont allow to others.3. The hotel also falsely advertises a BBQ area. When I asked about it, the receptionist simply said, "You can't use it," with no explanation. When I pressed further, she said you would have to reserve the entire rooftop for ₩350,000 (about $300) just to BBQ your own food. Who in the world does that?Additionally, almost everything is locked.

It had spacious room and all the amenities we needed. And location was great, easy access to connivence store which was on the first floor. And other places nearby. Would definitely stay here

It didn't have big shower towels

Location was pretty good near market. Rooms were big and quiet

The only towels given were small face towels. Hangers only 1 per person. Staff would answer questions when asked but were overall cold. Hotel was a tad old

Huge and Nice Room, within walking distance to Olie Market, many shops and restaurants around, Suitable for family to long stay

We like the space of the room, and it comes with kitchenette so we can heat up food or do light cooking. Location is strategically located in the heart of Seogwipo.Walking distance to Olleh Everyday Market (about 7 - 10 mins).

Only small towels provided. (Would be nice to have a few large towels)Parking lot outdoor is not available. Have to use elevator to park the car.

Room is big and spacious. Comfortable bed. Has a long sofa to rest to watch TV. Toilet is a separate room from the shower room.

Shampoo & Body Bath does not lather well.

I liked the view facing the seaThe counter staff was very friendly.I am also impressed by the counter staff on duty, he was able to fulfil my request though the water tank broke, bringing him great stress.The garden and tree around and nearby the hotel were very beautiful. The street and the market nearby was full of interesting shops with dessert,soft toys and food.

I think they can consider asking the staff to park the cars instead. Staff was annoyed at me driving slowly into the elevator as I was unfamiliar.

Room is big and spacious.The day shift staffs (reception & restaurant) are friendly and helpful.Breakfast offers good variety and is value for money.Walking distance to Seowipo Olle Market.

There is no waiting area for drop-off and pick-up.The entry for CU is not user friendly to foreigner, ie it does not accept foreign credit card.The instructions for washer & dryer should include English.

Self check in. Very fast and easy. No need for someone at the counter.Walking distance to market place.

Can be a little noisy at night. But it’s ok.

Spacious room with good facilities like large fridge.

One complaint we have which could be fixed for future guests is that the curtains are very thin and when the sun comes up the room is very bright early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper like my wife and I, this is very disturbing.I travel all over the world and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and all hotels have curtains that block the daylight so that you can get a good night sleep. Most rooms have day curtains and thicker curtains for sleeping.I hope you can consider improving the curtains in the room so that we may have a more relaxed and enjoyable visit next time.Also, the shower door in our room (1105) did not close properly. This needs to be fixed.

for the location as its within Walking distance to 1) Seogwipo Olle market but the up-slope walk from hotel towards market can be challenging for seniors ; 2) Lee Jung Seop Art street; and3) also a short drive to Cheonjiyeon & Jeongbang waterfalls

not much human interaction as it’s automated self checked-inhard to get information from reception as most times it was un-mannedcalling house-keeping at night can be frustrating too as no one seem to pick up calls

Very big and spacious room, clean, with kitchenette.

The hotel does not provide bath towels, only face towels. It also does not have any kitchen utensils. Room also does not have much power points available in convenient locations.
