HOTEL NANTA JEJU

People can enjoy the famous performance 'NANTA' at a discounted price.

Housekeeping: Room was clean and tidy at all times. However, they forgot to restock items. There was no gowns on the first day. Next day, they forgot to leave wash clothes and a shower matt.

The room was stifling…close to 27°C and the staff said they could not turn on the AC “since we are still in winter season” at the end of April. To make matters worse, the windows did not open so not only could we not get fresh air to cool the room but we felt it was a fire safety issue. It was so warm we could hardly sleep, and ended up taking the blanket out of the duvet covers because there was no top sheet, so it was the only option for a bed sheet without sweltering from the oppressive temperature in the room. The staff also presents a coupon for savings on Nanta show tickets upon check in, but they aren’t integrated with the theater so guests who purchased their tickets before check in cannot use the coupons. The theater will not adjust your ticket price either when you show them the coupon. The coupon should have been sent upon booking the hotel; why else would guests be staying there if not to attend the Nanta show?

It is my 3rd time here. Rooms are still large and clean.

It is my 3rd time here n it is the time whereby I had very severe communication problems w the staff who spoke no english. There was also no airconditioning provided this time. I had to open windows -- there was a night whereby the wind was so strong and raining it was so noisy it affected sleep. Staff should be more proactive in service.

Daily housekeeping and the cleaner did an amazing job at cleaning our room and making sure we had new towels and fresh bedsheets.Staff was friendly and helpful.Hotel was quiet and the view was amazing.

The bathroom door was extremely squeaky and loud so going to the bathroom during the night woke up everyone in the room.A lot of choice at breakfast and tasty but some of the hot food was cold.

I love everything about the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable (the bathroom is huge). The mountain view is stunning! The carpark is huge (but it can get crowded like what people mentioned; no sweat just drop your luggages off before parking your car). Nanta theatre is just next door (super recommended to watch since you're staying at the hotel and get 50% off! Go splurge on VIP ticket). There is a planetarium also opposite and yes it's a short drive to attractions such as Hallasan trails (Eurimok or even Yongsil), Jeju Stone Park and Ecoland. It's also quite near Jeju City (20 mins drive). Love the location but of course it's not recommended if u do not have a car.Will definitely come back here!

Nothing but the reviews have been helpful to take note:1. Bring or buy your toiletries2. Bathroom has a bath and shower incoporated (no separate shower room so water can splash)

The facilities were clean and spacious. Wifi connection was speedy and check in process was easy.

We are very dissappointed in our stay! Everything cost you in this hotel. They do not have soap, shampoo or conditioner for you and tell you to buy it at their convenience store.. Wow! Way to make a profit.. And when we go to the store it only have a set of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste which will cost you a lot more with just soap or shampoo.?The location is quite far from Hallasan. The only way for you to travel there is Taxi. But well we already know that when we book but we don’t have any other choice since hostel nearby was already fulled. We asked for a late check out when we backed from our dinner(outside since around the hotel have absolutely nothing) and the reception said it will cost us more so I said noo? usually 30 mins would be fine and the hotel is not full at all. But in the next morning another receptionist called us again about checking out so I mentioned it. I was already in a bad mood with everything else in the hotel so.. yah that’s conclude our bad experience.

It’s very inconvenient to hail down a cab during our stay. Good to inform during booking that they don’t provide basic toiletries.

Not busy place, it has very good view

Not enough parking place, it is located far away from the city, so for people to travel by public transportation, i don't recommend. No ammenities. The room is very badic, not value for money.

Bed bugs that severely bitten n ended up changing a room. Breakfast caters mostly for locals but not international guests No cheese no honey no black tea Same salad n jam n fruits everyday

The room was clean and large, the shower was great.There is a small convenience store on site.

No toiletries were provided at all, and no warning of this was provided to guests. The reason given on a note in the room was some law about plastics, but you can fit a refillable shower and shampoo bottle. I've never come across a four star hotel that does not provide any toiletries.The 'business centre' is useless as you are advised the Internet signal in there is very weak. The signal was weak in the lobby too.The cafe and restaurant were closed for the entire day because they had a wedding on. If your hotel is in the middle of nowhere, this really isn't prioritising the needs of your actual guests. The location is far from restaurants and shops so you need a car.

Hotel was near Mount Hallasan and mountain view was great. Room was huge and spacious.

Toilet was choking on 1st day. No shampoo and bath foam was given. Restaurant not operational during dinner.

the location is a bit off the main road. although there is a bus station out side the hotel entrance, but the bus is not frequent. if you walk to the main road where the bus is frequent, it will take you around 15 minutes. the hotel is located on a hill, so if you rely on public transportation to get around the island, it probably is not the best choice.

The location is nice, quiet and chill. Just a nice short drive from crowded city area. Room is spacious. Daily room clean service. Quiet environment. Nice view. Beds are comfortable.

Car park area is a bit limited. Hard to find a spot if come back late. Staffs are not so.good in speaking English, a bit difficult to get information from them.
