Breakfast was good and diverse.Cleaning team was very kind.

A receptionist was not so welcoming. Besides, they gave me a regular room with a view to a wall whereas I ordered kind size bed with a city view. When I came down to change my room a receptionist told me that I do have a king size bed. After a little while she changed my room but the view wasn't the one I ordered. I decided to give up.Moreover, I found hair and dirty toilet in my room :(

Room was clean, the bathroom is nice, 24 hours convenience store just next door.

Provides undercover parking if you were to rent a car in Jeju Island.Buffet Breakfast is suffice - has a good range of Korean dishes and breakfast type foods/drinks (toast, rice, kimchi etc.).Large Room.TVs comes with the mainstream Korean TV channels and subscription services (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, Paramount and many more).Nice smelling hotel upon entry.Toilet comes with a bidet and showerhead for the shower is amazing.Location is good as it was near Nuwemaru Street - where all the restaurants are and close to the Airport.

Overload of the smell however.My toilet room smelt a bit unusual (burnt smell) when in use and not.If driving, road is a bit cramped, in the main city and may have troubles driving near the hotel. Best to go underground for parking.

Very good location, clean and good service.

The carpark is too limited. We were not able to park our car after 9pm.

The lobby looked very nice but the room itself was in a dire situation, the walls had weird bumps and scratches all over it, the toilet glass walls were dirty with hand prints all over it. The sheets were with holes and clearly old. The room was somehow full of mosquitoes even tho the door and the windows were closed. The hallway floors had weird stains all over it.

Dedicated private carpark. Price per night is reasonable. Clean room and great lobby.

Location wise can be a little far off. There’s a lot of cars parked outside at the main road which can be challenging to navigate to the hotel in a rental car.

Where do I start, the staff are unfriendly.We had mosquito every night and was bitten all over. The cleaning service was an exchange of towels and no amenities at all

It’s a five minute drive to the airport. That is why we stayed there. As other customers mentioned it needs an update. Also don’t recommend having the staff order you a cab, as they ordered us one for around 35$ and we declined it had a person help us with the kekao app and got the same destination for around 5$ it seems they use some sort of a VIP service.

Room was spacious and clean. There’s a CU convenience store at the corner of the hotel.

The parking situation was really bad. We had a small car, in the garage there were a few parking spots for small vehicles only, but were occupied by large cars. We had the very last parking lot outside in front of the hotel, luckily, but it was super narrow.

The glass door bathroom. No privacy showering. The floor tiles were popping, can injure the feet. No restaurant and room service. Parking was limited.

shower in bathtub didn’t have a curtains water spilled everywhere when you step out make it slippery and dangerous. hotel didn’t have towel mats, no toothbrush or toothpaste. it doesn’t deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel .

Very dirty, holes in bedding and towels dirty bathroom and broken furniture. Does not look like the pictures at all!

Although English is limited the staff were all really lovely and made every effort to help. Particularly appreciated kindness of female front desk person who printed out maps for recommendations on where to eat locally.

This hotel is a little out of the way for the solo traveller but if you are comfortable navigating local buses this shouldn't be a problem.

The location is great to reach the airport quickly and very convenient around restaurants and stores. The bed was really comfortable.

The parking was not guaranteed despite requesting one slot 10 hours ahead and no even effort was seen to reserve a parking area by the staff. So you have to first search an area where you can park before checking in. There was a bit of dust on the table and some of the items in the room are a bit old.
