Big room

No laundry machine, karpet old stain alot , so look dirty. Shower bathroom not good position, no coffee sachet in room

It is my second stay in Astar after 7 years. The hotel keeps good services. I am satisfied with the breakfast buffet.

It was good value for money. The room was clean with basic facilities. It is very near the main shopping areas in Jeju City. There is a CU mart next to the reception. Everything worked well. The car park is easy to access once you know where it is.

It was very difficult to find the car park the first time. We only found it after the receptionist pointed it out to us. The car park is only accessible from the back of the hotel. The car park space is quite limited so you may have to park on the roadside when it's full.

The location of the hotel is in the city, you have easy access to a lot of stores and public transport

The room looks a little bit dated but clean and nice, not much of facilities to use in the hotel.

Good value for money, staff were amazing and really enjoyed the breakfast variety. There are two buses nearby and many local restaurants to choose from.

The chip cover on the door was missing. It's quite minor as door security still functioned as normal.

Very convenience place in Jeju downtown. Seaview and quiet.

Great for a short stay if you want to be close to the airport - about 15min away to rental car companies, traffic considered. The room was a decent size, bed and shower were comfortable. Basic amenities are provided. If you’re driving, it’s easy to park at the hotel and you don’t need a valet. If visiting in Spring, this is walking distance from Cherry Blossom road for a relaxing walk.

Speaks little English for the reception. AC is not working either hot blower or fan only.

The cleanliness and location near food and convenience store was great. The room design was very functional too and I love the concept of room with futons and double bed as this is my preferred choice of sleeping arrangement with young kids since I won't have to worry about them rolling off the bed. The futons were well kept aside for when the kids are awake and give them much space to play / walk around. Service staff was very helpful and had prompt follow up. I asked for a crib which was not available on the day I checked in but was available on the second day onwards and they sent it along without reminder. It was also very well priced.

The futons turned out way thinner than what I expected and hardly had any cushioning from the floor. The kids slept fine though but I had a backache while nursing my toddler at bedtime.

The location is 10 minutes walk to the Jeju City Bus terminal. It is convenient for guests who rely on public transport to move around. There is a CU store at the hotel lobby, very convenient for buying snacks and topping up the T-money card. The room is of good size and everything is clean and quite new. Bedsheet and towels are replaced daily.

Quick check in and check out processes! No frills accommodation. Great location - near the bus stops and restaurants. There's a convenient store inside the building. There's a restaurant for breakfast with discounted payment (for guests), and we also had our late lunch there as other restaurants nearby were closed for afternoon break.

The room are spacious and clean.

The property is a little old. The toilet reflects this. The location is not great. Not walkable to any shopping. But walkable to some nearby eateries. Breakfast was limited and not great.

Housekeepers are very helpful and nice. Location is good too and the room is clean.

No coffee bags in the room. Hotel should provide sachets of coffee instead of all tea bags in the room. We needed to go around to look for sachets of coffee. Also would be good that first time guests should be informed that the lights in the toilets would auto turn off after certain timing. I was shocked and in total darkness while having shower during the first night of my stay; the light in the toilet just auto cut off by itself.

Near to the airport, so manh shopping malls and market are close by. The staffs were very friendly. Loved the room, it’s exactly shown as picture. Would highly recommend this place when you visit Jeju.

Comfortable and big room. Speedy Wi-Fi and free parking at the hotel. Despite being a bitt off-center, plenty of food options in the vicinity.

Breakfast on the pricier side albeit discount voucher for the first night. Extra facilities like gym and sauna are not included unlike most hotels around the country.
