Excellent location, the bath with a view is a very nice touch, markets selling citrus fruits are nearby, can go for a run, a super market is also near by. Recommended for a stat

I loved the view of the nearby island and the ocean. It was also handy having the bus stop nearby.

The only thing I would change is to have full body towels, as the hotel only had small ones.

Overall a great place to stay on Jeju island. The bus network is really good so it was easy to move around. The rooms are very spacious. The full floor to ceiling windows give an amazing view. It was great to have a kitchenette.

On two of our 4 nights our sleep was interrupted by noisy neighbours. The walls are very thin. We were particularly annoyed the second time it happened because the hotel was empty and we had asked the staff not to put guests in the room beside us because of the disrupted sleep we had already experienced.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The view from the room is amazing.

The room is quite old

The location is excellent! Close enough to popular destinations in Seogwipo such as Jungmun Beach, Seogwipo city. Honestly, very beautiful resort and the staff was very kind. The view towards the sea and garden is remarkable.

Cleanliness was the only issue. If only the facility, room, bed, bathroom, drawers, etc... were well taken care of and managed properly by the cleaners, then it would of been a perfect resort!

Our accommodation was just as advertised. We had an amazing view and a spacious room for a good price. They included cups for drinking but no plates or chopsticks though. The bed was comfy and they gave towel and water everyday.

The bathroom smelt a little bad. Smelt like vomit and we don’t know where it came from.

A bit difficult to drive out of the parking space when the cars are full because its hard to see the main road, but its doable

The huge window view is Amazing! The rooms are not brand new, of course but very clean. The staff are lovely, and you can even buy a good priced coffee from reception.The new owners told me they recently took over this hotel and may, at some point even re-open the closed restaurant attached. I stayed there 3 nights, to be close to my activist friends up in Gangjeong Village (Jeju Navy Base area). I wouldn’t have left but I wanted more variety of food and sights around me, so I moved to the main Seogwipo town & harbour area - I try to be vegetarian when I can! One or two nice cafes nearby Olleyo Resort! ??

The view from the room is amazing ? we got the room with the bathtub facing the window, that was amazing. The back of the hotel is a garden, where we had breakfast. It's nice to wake up with nature around us, it's lovely.

There is an induction stove, but there were no pots to cook.

The view from the room was great. It was a nice big window with a view of the ocean. Access to the ocean was just down a small road and at low tide you could even access a small island.

They only allowed one card key per room. I've never been to a hotel that wouldn't give an extra card key. When I asked for an extra card key so I could access my room I was soaking wet from the rain after hiking Hallasan. The person I was talking to told me they didn't have extra card keys. It felt like they didn't want to do anything to help me access my room, but eventually the desk person asked the cleaning lady to open my room for me. Then, because I didn't have a card key, I had to take a shower in the dark. It was very uncomfortable talking to the staff that day. I speak Korean, I can't imagine what a non-Korean speaker would've had to go through. The only room maintenance they did was to give towels and water. The shampoo and body wash was in tiny bottles and that wasn't refilled daily. I would've preferred larger shampoo bottles if they didn't want to refill them daily. The cafe and restaurant downstairs was never open during our stay.

The location is good and close to most of the tourists spots. Close to bus station. They needs to improve the bed mattress it was not that comfortable. Overall its fine.

BBQ facilities is good, but the time provide from 6-9 pm is very short and BBQ is only on gas stoke not on a coal.

The view is great and it’s next to the Kensington for a bite to eat. I originally booked two nights here and am glad I only stayed the one.

it’s a bit worn and in need of an upgrade to facilities, the bed wasn’t the best but was decent enough.

Great price.We got a room in the higher level so the views were great. The room was also quite spacious with a small kitchenette (you will need to ask reception for utensils). Our towels and drinks were replenished daily. Quiet place away from the city so it was a peaceful stay.

No big mirrors in the room only in the bathroom. No basic utensils such as chopsticks/spoons/forks but you get what you pay for. The property was also quite far from all the attractions so unless you have a rental car, be prepared to wait for buses.
