Plenty of fresh towels, laundry room and drying racks, and spacious rooms.

The pool itself is beautiful, but the management around it was very disappointing. The lifeguard was more focused on collecting the pool fee – which was outrageous – than on keeping the area clean. Sunbeds were partly broken, and there was dirt around the pool (hair, plasters). Guests in jeans shorts were tolerated in the water, and during a rain shower, rules were applied inconsistently: people stayed in at first, but afterwards everyone had to wait 30 minutes even though the rain had stopped.Despite registering and paying, we were later confronted loudly again about the fee, which only covered 2 hours before having to pay again. The café opens only at 9 AM, even though staff is present earlier, and the 7/11 is not reliable either.Overall, nice facilities but poor management and unfair extra charges ruined the experience.

The room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast really good.

Unfortunately, there was no information about the swimming pool opening only on June 16. Being our honeymoon, we traveled for 2 weeks around South Korea. By going 5 days to Jeju Island, we just wanted a resort that allowed us to relax by the pool and that was not possible due to hidden information. We had to come up with alternative plans. Other resorts were much more honest and advertised their opening time of the swimming pool and because of that were not considered. .

No elevator to first two floors and no seating available on room balcony.

Location is very good. Room is spacious with 2 queen size beds.

Mattress & pillows were too soft

Everything! Beach is nearby, good swimming pool, staff is really welcoming, 7/11 downstairs, bakery downstairs, 5 mins walking distance many restaurants (Japanese, BHC, Korean). Room was clean, plenty towels, if you want you can cook even, all the utilities are there.

What really surprised me is that you have to rent the pool's sun loungers and umbrellas. And it's pricey. No wonder I haven't seen people hanging out there. Luckily, there's no charge for using the swimming pool, haha. There are four free sun loungers, but no umbrellas, so you have to lie down directly under the sun. This is the first time I've encountered something like this at a resort accommodation, and I've stayed at many in different countries.

The staff was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. The check-in/check-out very comfortable, the room was also sizeable and the parking was very convenient.

Yet, the place does not look like in the pictures, although this is something quite common in Korea (as far as I have seen). The swimming pool was very shallow, which made it very difficult to swim and the breakfast was underwhelming. I booked at a discounted rate, which I think is too expensive for what I got.

The location, staff and size of the room were perfect. The coffee and sweet stuff that you can buy at reception is really tasty. Nice to walk from the garden to the sea.

The hotel is really really old, and it is not all completely renovated. The -1 floor looks like it is abandoned (not in use neither). There is no elevator at all... to go to the room, swimming pool, etc.The hotels around look great, making this one look like not a good option.

Nice size room. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice food. Well kept grounds and not far from beach. Has its own 711 shop and it has a laundry room to do your own laundry.

For those without their own transport, it's nearly the only hotel that the bus doesn't go to. There is a bus at the top of the hill but no signage of where to go and how far, we had to ask someone. It is only a five minute walk.

The room was big, clean, well furnished and equipped. It is located close to a great bakery, Badabara, which has a great view of the sea. Nice to wake up to a lovely sea view in the morning

The check-in staff need to be more professional and not make mistakes when calculating extra charges

It was a shame that there was no indoor swimming pool
