Jeju Haema Hotel

The location is near many shops and restaurants.Near to the airport

The room has mosquitoes.Rain shower is not working well.No enough space to hang the towels.

Location good near bus stop, but Jeju buses confusing to say the least. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars on the door step. For venturing further afield taxis are cheap and plenty full.

Staff did not assist in calling taxi. Unclean rooms and bathroom. No food allowed.

+ comfy and spacious rooms at a good price in the center of Jeju City, airport is just 5 mins away+ although the staff members were not very fluent in English, they were always very kind and trying their best to help

Its in the shopping area district. Many food shops outside. Got bus stop outside straight to airport.

The aircon and light control a bit confusing. Trying to control the temperature in the room but the heater does not turn on. And some light switch don't know which one is turning on or off.

Bog space. Nice location. Not far from the Lotte Mart. Nest to the hotel is a street with many restaurants. Just 1 minutes of walk.

It’s pretty close to the airport.

The furniture is pretty dated. Walls are fairly thin so you can hear the traffic outside. The housekeeping department use the same elevator as the guests, and since there seems to be only one elevator, I had to wait in order to check out to get the elevator going down. I asked the front desk staff about using buses to get to get to beach, and I discovered that she could barely speak English. We had to use a translator app. Due to limitations communicating, I ended up following her directions badly, and wasted about an hour of my limited time at a bus stop. No bus arrived, and I abandoned my plan to visit the beach. I wish I had known that buses would be so irregular.

No breakfast due to the Covid situation. The location was on point and the bus stops were just opposite the hotel and it made my move easy and stress-free.

The bathroom shower in my room is kinda old and made some sort of sound each time I was bathing. It just needs some fixing.

The location is excellent, garage parking is free, and the room had most amenities.

The refrigerator was a bit small and there was no microwaves. I wouldn’t suggest the double twin room for families staying long periods.

the hotel is 10 min far from the airport, is well equipped and beds are very comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the airport and very close to bus stops. I didn't have a car so this was very important. Also the cleaning lady was just amazing. She made my day everytime she came to my room.

Not much. I would have appreciated some teaspoons. They have cups and a kettle with no teaspoons, also complimentary teabags would be nice. It rained a lot there, it would have been good to enjoy a cup of tea with the view.

Good location. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Close to airport so convenient. The staff were kind and took into account our preferences when choosing a room. Тhe room and bathroom was generally clean.

The daily cleaning includes only garbage collection, towels were not changed in 4 days. Just fold and put in their place. Once the door was left unlocked. These are very small nuances, in general, everything was fine.

Facilities were good

There were no single person rooms. Because of COVID-19 regulations we had to book twin room for single person. There were some problems resulted Booking.

Room was very comfortable and clean! Close to airport and many other shops/restaurants!

We didn't expect much paying less than $40 for a night but it definitely was a great experience. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. We also loved the huge windows overlooking the city!

The parking was a bit uncomfortable since it was the automatic electronic one. But the kind male staff helped us a lot. Thank you!
