We Hotel Jeju

The territory is nice. View is good.

I was additionally charged twice. First time during check in for “additional person” even if the room was booked for 3 people, but the stuff told me that “this is impossible”. And second time the stuff tried to charge for sauna entrance during checkout. But the sauna was included and after some negotiations and investigation they refunded this additional charge. But why should I fight for getting normal service and attitude. And when I asked for an invoice of whole paid amount the front desk took those papers and refused to give them to me. The whole hotel is very old and requires renovation. All wood in rooms has scratches and every closet or door opens with noise (when your baby sleeps - noise is the thing you want less then ever).

Everything! Our stay at WE Hotel was outstanding – a perfect combination of healthy and tasty cuisine, restful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The staff were unfailingly kind and attentive, including in the restaurant where we ate breakfast, a salad lunch and two magnificient dinners, but also elsewhere. Special thanks to Tak, the concierge, who was so helpful and in contact throughout our stay! All facilities worked seamlessly without extra charges. Excellent value and a truly memorable experience!

We liked everything.

The concierge Mr Tak was amazing. He helped us from the day we arrived until we left. From ensuring we got the right bus at the airport and then even arranging transport when we realized we missed our stop to get the hotel taxi. He also went above and beyond to help my husband with a severe back ache he had upon arrival. He arranged an appointment at a doctor, arranged the transport to and from and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Thanks Mr Tak for your incredible service.

Location was very isolated. The activities did not have English translation so even though I joined it was not very interesting or informative. There was an information paper provided, it helped a little but the experience was lost. It would be good to mention it’s only in Korean so that foreigners can decide if they will attend or not.

In general is okay but is a bit old and prices are high when compared to average prices in Jeju city

A bit old, far from airport and a bit expensive

Loved everything. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food was tasty. The mountain strolls were beautiful. The pools were great. The wellness program was lovely. The water was legit- my skin never felt better

I really enjoyed everything. The only think I wished for on a rainy day was that the TV streamed Netflix.

It is quiet and not too many tourists.

The hotel is very old, the common places and the room. The set up of the room is dated. The water pressure of toilet bowl is weak and they only set it up half tank full. The toilet gets chocked and the hotel staff said we cannot used too much toilet papers. The staff can’t speak English, especially those who run the wellness programme.

The hotel is very pretty. The drive there through the cherry blossoms.... Words can't describe the beauty. It is really amazing

The staff was very on top of you , every move you make it was a little uncomfortable. The relaxation activities are really hard to sign up for I had 6 people and 4 rooms and everyone has there own code and room code it was rediculas....

Excellent for a retreat or if you rent a car, a little remote if you don’t.

Very beautiful and tranquail hotel. The room is spacious with 1 Queen and 1 single size beds. The hotel frontdesk staff, restaurant, conceige are very friendly, helpful and speaks some English. The breakfast is fulfilling. Free shuttle bus is provided to 'post office' and can start exploring from there. WE hotel also has wellness program - Stress relax and Safe rest - price range from 22,000 - 50,000 won. Public bus are abundant but only accept card payment ( CU or T card ) card since Oct 2024. This transport card are available from ' Nice to C U ' convenience store. I like WE hotel very much and might come back if time permits. Jeju is a very beautiful island and the food is great and very affordable.

Very clean, very nice lobby.The outdoor jacuzzi was such an amazing idea, we loved it. The staff was very welcoming and we had a great time.

The building itself is a bit old and the pool could use a deep cleaning

The location and the medical and beauty services was very convenient. I will surely come back to do it again. Also the wellness programs are amazing. Sue was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was also exceptional. I almost missed my flight because of the heavy snow but they went above and beyons to get me a taxi to the airport. I didn’t get his name but whoever it is on the morning of 10/01/25 at the front desk, thank you so much.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, especially the croissant and sesame bun is great!

The route towards the hotel is very dark if driving back after sunset

Beautiful property and peaceful surroundings, friendly and helpful staff, nice amenities, spacious room, comfy bed. Far from everything else so it’s a great spot to disconnect. The hotel cat was very cute

Great crew esp for aqua therapy. Grateful for this therapist -Minje Lee. He did amazing job for my elderly mother. Very gentle and thoughtful.

Remote location. Good and bad about this. Recommend renting a car. Taxi would not work well esp for outing at night

I liked the choice not to have the bedding cleaned daily, for environmental reasons. The facilities were good and the shuttle bus service was very helpful. I liked the decor in the bar area.

I didn’t enjoy the canned music EVERYWHERE; for example in the woods it detracted from the peace and calm of the spot, which was beautiful. The food at the bar was extremely overpriced. There was not enough availability of sessions - we only managed to book one in our 4 day stay. This was disappointing as these were one of the features that attracted us to stay at WE. Lastly, the paid sauna experience was very underwhelming - hardly different from the free one. I personally found the outside jacuzzi a little too hot and the outside pool too cold. The inside pool was fine but lacked atmosphere. I didn’t appreciate all the plastic flowers; for me, I would rather see a few real plants, or just nothing: plastic is tacky. In a bedroom for three, two cups were not enough.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was kind that they offered free wellness classes (we went to the singing bowls and it was lovely). The spa/swimming facilities were great.

We ate at the hotel and it seemed overpriced for what it was ( I had the pork and my partner had a burger which was served with what looked like oven chips). Sadly if you don't hire a car the location is a little inconvenient- there is a shuttle bus down to Jungnum and from there you can reach bus routes.

The staff was amazing, the waters really helped my skin, the spa and beauty treatments were phenomenal. The breakfast was also the best I’ve had in Korea.

A bit hard to get taxi, I recommend asking the staff to help order them and get you the correct prices.

You have to sign up for the wellness program two weeks well in advance, that was my only drawback, I booked too late and didn’t get to enjoy all the activities.

Beautiful location with a lot of walking possibilities and relaxing options. Nice spacious rooms with all amenities.

The hotel is located outside anything but this is common on Jeju island if you choose a hotel inland. A car is needed at all times. Swimming pools start to get outdated but we still enjoyed them.
