Vista Resort Jeju

The hotel location is nice and the view from room is good as well. Room along with beds, linen etc was very neat & clean.

The description says room is approx 370 sq.ft. But the design n placing of furniture makes it a bit congested especially in the entrance.No wardrobe in the room. Only a very narrow cupboard which would allow to hang 2 cloths max. Air conditioner also wasn't working properly. Even after setting it to 18°C for almost 4 hrs, it was not cooling properly.Under the facilities it says baggage storage is available. But it wasn't. We had to leave for Airport with all luggage at 11 am itself even though our flight was at evening 5. For a hotel charging 8500 per night, I would expect the front desk person to be present maximum time, atleast 11 am to 10 pm. But that was not the case. Just minutes after checking in I went downstairs to ask about the air conditioner not working properly, but noone was there. Today morning as well during checkout, for luggage storage that was the problem as the person said he is about to leave and we can only collect baggage after 3pm when he returns. This isn't acceptable. Someone should be available at front desk for a hotel charging good amount of money. Otherwise state the same exclusively the facilities description.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the stay was generally pleasant.

The room view was disappointing as it faced an old building, and some of the staff were not very friendly or welcoming.

it is hard to explain.. we booked 2 nights..host provided us a big bottle of water..just one bottle…we aren’t not sure that included 2 nights but luckily we bought more water in case… we really love the location of the property but we think it is pricey..anyway thank you

The resort had the best position! also parking was provided. the room had huge windows all around overlooking the harbour and sunsets and sunrises were stunning. What I absolutely loved was the Jaccuzzi

I would have preferred the bed sheets were to be changed every few days

The location was perfect. The view from the window is breathtaking. It's different in the morning and evening. But both picture perfect!Staff is very friendly. I arrived there before check-in and they allowed me to keep me my luggage there and explore the surrounding.

They did not provide slippers. I wouldn't give full marks to the bathroom either.

unfortunately we only stayed for one night, the view is great, it was clean and it's close to the airport. the owner was also really friendly and helpful even though we checked in late at night.

Amazing view especially with the sunset, hot tub was really nice

The room is exactly as per photo. Clean and beautiful.
