Shilla Stay Jeju Airport

Convenient Locations where lots of local restaurants are located.

Noisy area with too many bars. City location and at night cars honking.

Convenient location. Fairly clean.

The side facing the mountain has a large night club venue, it can get loud deep in the night. Pretty annoying.

location

no shuttle bus to the airport

Location....walking distance to great foold, and great location to get to drive to tourist attractions.

Location was great, Nuwemaru Street is just right across the hotel. There is also a Bus Stop right in front of the Hotel.

Breakfast was 5 stars. I love that they served both Korean traditional menus and western ones. All is fresh. They even serve fresh Hallabong Tangerine yogurt.

I love everything but during winter the room is too hot than warm because the hotel set the air conditioner temperature into warm which is automatically regulated between 24 to 28 degrees Celsius depending on the outside temperature. For this reason I opened the window to let the cold winter air cool the room (this is suggested by the hotel staff).

well organized and clean, staff are nice and helpful.

Room is very hot, A/C is on warm 21C but room temperature is always above 25C. Cold A/C doesn’t work. I woke up several times sweating.

The room is not soundproof, the sounds were annoying when the doors were opened, the walls are cracked, and the smell is very bad, a sewer smell.

Welcoming, helpful, professional staff. Nice, comfortable, clean room. Breakfast buffet was good overall. Location is central to food and shopping. Taxi service was always quick - used Uber Taxi to get around. CU next door.

Minor issues: No onsite laundry room, but there are 24 hour coin laundry’s in the area and the hotel does offer a drop-off service which I did not use. The room had a single universal electric semi functioning outlet that allows use of US plug type but it was partially broken so had to improvise a fix, so do bring your own adapter just in case.

Great location in the city center, near to Shilla and Lotte tax free shopping malls. Also convenient to take busses nearby, direct bus to airport as well.Staff is nice and helpful.

No bath salt

The location is good, walkable to many eating places and many big brand name stores. Rooms are cleaned well daily.

They offered paper cups for the bathroom and coffee and tea. I think they can offer proper cups instead.

Pleasant

The Staff was quite unfriendly, even lying to us on one occasion that there was no "phone morning wake up call" as there was no one in the reception at 3AM. Which was clearly a lie.

Good location and very clean room

Construction next to hotel

Location, v clean room, lobby was beautiful, friendly and helpful staff

Rooms were spacious, modern and clean! Location to get to and from airport was fantastic

Location is great for travelers as it’s at downtown right next to commercial street. Although facing a Main Street and there’s construction nearby, the room is however unexpectedly quiet and cozy.

Not much.

location, service, room is clean

it's very noisy outside, but it might be because of construction work going on

New, clean and good location!

No swimming pool

The location was great and perfect for early morning flights. The breakfast was also fantastic!

Our initial room was okay, but the wallpaper was terrible and the bathroom faucet was broken and the sink wasn’t that clean either. We complained and were upgraded.

Its accessible to anything especially the restaurant

Its bit dark and during the summer the AC seems not set to cool that much.
