Such helpful staff, ordering taxis for us multiple times, making sure we get into the taxi and loading the suitcases!

Slightly out of the way from the main shopping area and restaurants

Excellent staff and great breakfast. One of the girl staff members was super friendly and helpful..made my experience at the hotel wonderful. Rooms were clean and spacious...breakfast was good!

Location wasn't great...had to take a taxi to just about anything downtown.

Bad food in hotel restaurant

I got yelled at by front desk because the taxi outside was waiting while my companion went to our room to go to a bathroom. Front desk didn’t have to raise her voice to tell me her concern. Thank you .

I picked this hotel because it had a sitting area inside and a terrace. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I called the front desk to ask how to adjust the heating and someone came very quickly. The bed is very comfortable and the shower amazing. There are coffee shops and restaurants walking distance, especially The Kitchen Gla - amazing Italian food!I highly recommend I-Jin Hotel

The hotel is located in a convenient location with several convenient stores nearby and short walking distances to many shops and restaurants. The hotel seemed to be a little old but they did a good job on keeping it renovated and modern. The area was very quiet, had no issues with noise. They were able to provide a parking garage, but it's first come first serve, about 8 -10 parking spots which I was able to claim.

This hotel wouldn't be ideal for extended stay.

Don’t like

The rooms had a strong fragrance everyday which made allergies very bad. The sheets and doona were stained in many places on the first day and not changed for five nights. After cleaning the room, very big brown stains were left on the bedsheet. The hotel breakfast was not fresh, all the breads were frozen and not much variety of food.

Spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and having a cafe in the hotel was great to get a drink especially after a day out touring. The location of the hotel was easy to get to from the airport.

It was a little remote from shopping and walking trails.

The staff was rude and kept saying the different things which confused us, he asked the payment immediately when he saw my friend and I without greeting or explaining the property first. The building was old, room was just ok, but the facilities and sleepers needed to update honestly.

The staff were helpful and location was good. Cleaners were super nice. Bathroom was good.

Building is quite dated. Beds were very uncomfortable. We had to change rooms the first night because one of the beds was slanted.

Our twin room on the 11th floor was spacious, had a unique non-boxy shape, had a view to the mountains. It was also well serviced. We enjoyed the breakfast which had good savoury choices. "Sweet" choices were limited.

Everything was perfect! The location is convenient and the property is very well maintained. The breakfast they offered was really good. The condition of the room and bathroom was superb. I genuinely have nothing bad to say. I am always going to choose i-jin for my future jeju trips!

Hotel is in a pretty good location. Walking distance to Halla Arboretum and night market, quick taxi to Hallasan National Park and Airport. Also many restaurants and bars within walking distance too. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good for 12,000 won extra.

I think a shuttle service would be a great addition for nearby areas including the airport. Other than that I was quite happy with my 5 night stay.

Bed

Smelt bad and was moldy. Staff were rude over the phone. Not a single staff spoke English. Door didn’t have a chain lock. No option to tell cleaner not to come in. Curtains were dusty.

Good location. Parking available. Electric kettle in the room, bottled water given each day. Possibility to buy breakfast.
