Index Hotel J Dream Jeju

close to transport and food

Toiletries does not include toothbrush - you are to purchase this at the reception

Location is good, there are some restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Also the airport is close. it's good value for money.

Next to my window there was another building, so i didn't get daylight and had to turn on the electric light in the room all the time.

10mins away from the airport. Food and shopping stores are nearby.

The staff when we checked-in is rude. Koreans are generally welcoming and accommodating, so Ahjussi might be having a bad day. The overall ambiance of the room is old and it feels like I can get this at a cheaper rate somewhere.

They cleaned the room everyday, changed the towels and replace water bottle.Location is good, walking distance from restaurants and bus stops.

It was noisy at night you can here people from other rooms and corridor talking.Room quite old and window is facing another building wall.

Location is fantastic, close to shops and has a mall with plenty of eating places. It also has free parking for guest with rental cars.

Room was a little stuffy and furniture needs updating. Did not have any complimentary teas or coffees.

Lovely hotel, close to transport and airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

First of all, hotel location is just behind the main road and is convenient. The room and toilet is both clean. Hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. One of the staff can speak fluent Chinese.

If there is something not perfect for the hotel is the toilet light is not bright enough hahah thats it.

No break fast was there

It was dirty in the room. Bed and window

Good location. Many restaurants and cafe.Staff very kind. Had good memories here

convenient but quiet, helpful staff, room was clean, bed very comfy, shower gel and shampoo provided

could have more restaurants nearby, small lobby, luggage storage alittle unsafe, window looks out to wall of next building so quite dark in room, no free water bottles, bathroom lights abit weird, tv did not work

Centrally located in seomyeon. Lots of shops and restaurants. Metro station within walking distance.

Room is a little dated but ok

Room was clean every day with change of fresh towels.Good location for food and transport to airport.

A little dated furnitures

affordable and in great location

noisy people talking in corridor at night about midnight & people noisy in rooms

There was no breakfast included also no area for eating in the complex other than that the building was ok

A common area to sit around and talk or have a few drinks it’s other travellers

You get what you pay for. The location was central

The room smelt like someone smoked an entire packet of cigarettes and they tried to mask it with aftershave. The quilts were peeking through the covers and they were yellow. We didn’t expect much for the price but this was beyond our imagination.

location is nice, nearby got convenient store and restaurant, room is clean and got room keeping

Location was very central to shops, restaurants, and airports. The front desk was helpful to book a taxi to the airport.

A little dated

It was easy to find and in a central location. It was quiet at night time which was nice.

The decor in my room was a bit dated but that was the only issue I had.

Price was quite good, location in the city as well.

Personnel barely spoke English, no breakfast available

good location, comfy, clean
