- The swimming pool is only open from 11 until 18.Some of the staff could be more friendly

I was very astonished when I came into the room because there was a bathtub in the room which I very much liked. The room was very spacey, it had a king and a queen bed and enough room to spread out my things. The infinity pool on the rooftop was very nice as well with a beautiful view on the sea.
The only thing that could be improved is the staff’s English
It is very close to Hamdeok beach. Dayli room service and fresh towels.
* The hotel has great location near the beach, restaurants and main road of Hamdeok* Room was cleaned everyday, housekeepers were changing towels and giving new water bottles * The Swimming pool on the roof was small but pretty nice; the view from the rooftop was beautiful
* You could see the air-condition was not cleaned for some time. It should be better taken care of as the mold gathers there* The walls are pretty thin, so it can be loud at times
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
It's falling apart a bit, some stains in places that make it feel a bit dirty, and they painted the pool with non waterproof paint, so everyone was just pulling out huge pieces of paint and tossing them over. It was a bit gross, but otherwise the pull was great.
I specially liked the bathtup facility in the room. The breakfast was also very good. I am a vegetarian and they provided delicious vegetarian breakfast. I would give 10 out of 10 for cleanliness.
I had to pay much more for the room through booking.com than what the manager said they got from booking.com.
Great hotel, big rooms, nice bath, comfortable beds. There were great restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Not really a dislike, but bear in mind in Jeju you need to rent a car, no location is good for public transportation :)
The staff was very kind and helpful.
No complaints.
