    • location is good.
    • Felt corporate, penny pinching, could see that it is past its prime, lots of the facilities dated and run down, though looked nice at one point. The location was nice, close to a lot of buses and public transport and a cute breakfast brunch place called "Grandma's" and the view from the rooftop pool was fine, but overall this place was a disappointment since I had booked it for the pool, which I feel was not the draw I had hoped. For my check in, I arrived two hours early but they had no options for early check in, was hot and sweaty so asked to use the pool, however it was raining on the rooftop, and no pool towels provided, also the pool was swarmed with small children, and it is very small (not the property's fault), but even going early or later in the morning/evening, it was full of families dominating the pool. I had to change my travel dates and the property refused to offer a refund, and was unable to assist my modifications. The room was fine, but the bathroom was quite small to navigate and made it hard to get into the shower which was basically on top of the toilet. Finally, I asked the front desk for a late check out, which I was verbally told yes to, but upon the 11am mark I was called and told that I had to pay extra for a late check out. I reminded them I paid for an extra night I wasn't getting reimbursed and told them I would not pay. Luckily they didn't try to charge me or my card on the way out. In my opinion, much nicer and cuter and more affordable places with better pools and facilities for the same price all in the area.
    • The breakfast was especially great — lots of variety, and it’s clear the staff genuinely care. You can feel they’re invested in improving the hotel. The pool was closed for maintenance during most of our stay, but it opened on the last day. The location is slightly uphill, which can be tiring, but otherwise very convenient: good restaurants nearby, Starbucks, Twosome Coffee, a convenience store, and an airport bus stop within walking distance. It’s also easy to get to various attractions from there. was probably the best option I found in terms of price and overall comfort. In general, accommodation in Korea feels overpriced for what you get — especially if you’re traveling from Southeast Asia, where the standards are often higher for the same price. Most hotels look outdated and lack comfort.

    Cons -

    • breakfast can have more western options. No label on the food in the breakfast buffett. That can be improved.
    • Rooftop was shut for maintenance
    • The room was a bit small. Hard to walk around

We had a great stay, the staff spoke English, the rooms were big and the hotel was in a good location near a big supermarket.

    Rooftop was shut for maintenance

The staff was wonderful. They answered any question we had and helped us find bus route when it came time to check out. The the hotel was spacious. Breakfast was available for a fee.

The room was a bit small. Hard to walk around

Location is good. Walking distance to bus stops, shops and restaurants. Staff was courteous and upgraded our room when we complained the original assigned room has some kind of smell.Liked the comfort of the bed. Room amenities are good.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but most of the restaurants in the area closes early. We had a hard time finding one after 8pm.

Decently clean, close to some restaurant and cafes

No bidet in toilet, not much breakfast spread, towels were not very clean

    8EduardoPosted on: 3-23-2025

Staff was helpful, location was good.

We were five people and there were only beds for four.

    2WingPosted on: 3-12-2025

    Location

We paid for 5 people. But daily only give 2 bottles of water and towel set. Feed back many times. Never improve. No proper house keeping and cleaning too

The hotel is in a really lovely district and has lots of good restaurants around the area to choose from. One of the hotel staff spoke impeccable English and was able to answer several of our questions about the area. We left our S.Korean compatible plug adapters behind at another location, but the hotel was able to step up and offer us a rental plug for free. The restaurant's breakfast buffet was definitely worth adding on to our booking. Just be mindful of the time (7-9:30am). We tried almost everything on the buffet and enjoyed everything on each day's menu.

The room is starting to show its age. It's been renovated, but some of the renovations were a bit haphazardly applied. The shower is kinda cramped, especially with the toilet being right next to it. The door also leaks water (maybe because the door latch is loose?) and I think something was wrong with the hot water heater settings because it just decided to stop heating right in the middle of my shower. The bed is thin, but springy, so it's still comfortable if you sleep on your side. The room's Smart-TV needs to have its settings reset as part of the room reset so other's forgotten accounts aren't abused if they left them logged in on the TV.

The receptionist at the front desk who spoke a very good English made me feel so welcomed and helped me out a lot with choosing a nice place to have dinner! Thank you for your hard work!

Quiet, cleanliness, comfortable bed, within walking distance to UTMB Jeju race site.

The room is too small. Amenities can be improved like complimentary toothbrushes. The spread of the breakfast buffet is quite limited. Surprise to see self cook egg station. I preferto have a chef cooking at the egg station.

room a bit small, no place to hang clothes

The hotel was very well presented, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptiona,l most of all we were well accepted which told us a lot about the hotel and we're we not disappointed. Fully recommend ?

Whilst everything was really good it was disappointing the pool was closed and the top floor was not fully in use as it would have added to the experience ?

Good location, matress comfy, nice room size

The swimming pool is 2 feet tall, for kids but in the photos looks a normal one. It is very small! The area of the swimming pool looks terrible, in the photos they have a nice area with tables and chairs and now it looks like a tornado happened there, everything broken or really in bad state, not comfortable to relax at all. Also you need to pay to use the swimming pool towels. The toilets in the rooms needs renovation (see photo). The breakfast always cold (what is the point to leave hot plates with trays open all the time?), you need to fry your own eggs and set and clean your table after. A bir weird. The cleaners did not make our room or clean at all in the whole week, only empty bins and give us new towels and water.

Staffs were very kind. Good explaination around the area and helpful when I move my room. Breakfast was alright, and the lady looking after the hall in the morning was very kind and good. The hotel location is good, newly developed area so nice and clean restaurants are around there including Emart, a bog supermarket.

Stayed on 2nd floor and the sewage stink was horrible from the toilet room. That room and 2 seperate rooms, bathroom and toilet. I could see someone sealed the sewage but the smell didn't go. Even the gas from the sewage made my throat stingy and couldn't sleep well in night time from the smell.

The breakfast (needs to be paid though)

Out room wasn't cleaned and ae found it open one day.

Breakfast buffet is awesome and there's lot of foods to eat in the morning. Front desk is so helpful and kind.

Rooftop pool is only operate 10 am to 8 pm. It's so unfair. Because every person is coming hotel after the 8pm. Check-in time is so unfair also. It would be adjust to 12 or 1pm. Rooftop pool is so small. Actually it's kid's pool.. you can't swimming or even poll filters are not working. Water is not clear. They're not provide any toothpaste or toothbrush.
