Ecoland Hotel, World Hotel Elite

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the facilities are very comfortable.Even simply walking around the property is incredibly relaxing and stress-relieving.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing that a hotel of this size was unable to help us call a taxi. When we asked the front desk, we were told that they couldn’t arrange one because the taxi company might leave them a bad review if there was a no-show. We were honestly quite surprised and disappointed by this response.

Everything is really clean, the staff are great, the breakfast buffet is top notch (Korean and Western food, free to choose, with chefs ready to help you out). Very quiet, great pool landscape.

Vacation resort high class.It's not in season so not all the facilities are warking.

the instructions of the appliances should be available in english. the heater / aircons should also allow a fan mode. the room was rather stuffy if the doors are closed at night.

Beautiful estate in nature. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and swimming pools were nice.

The resort could use some upgrades in food and beverage areas. The main restaurant was all right (except that it closed very early), but the seafood pub and snack bar were old, dirty and not a pleasant places to spend an evening with friends and families. The resort would need a nice bar or pub within its premises.

The surrounding nature and the train that links the hotel to the theme park. The theme park trip was a highlight of this trip.

The place looks absolutely gorgeous with many beautiful sceneries. However, it lacks benches or chairs to sit on and look at them. Photo zones are placed well. But I really hoped to sit down and gaze upon the nature and the lake.

Great place for families, kids zone, pools, theme park close by; bathrobes were replaced every day which was very convenient considering the high humidity in summer. There is also a possibility to use a washing machine

You need a car to get around. Staff spoke some English. Towels and chairs at the pool are at a surcharge. Food is very expensive in the hotel

Location is great if you want to visit Ecoland (you get 50% off the tickets too), but otherwise it's really far from all the other attractions and amenities. We booked the suite, so it was really comfy and spacious.my kid like the kidsroom

Lots of walking.. its just the way the hotel was designed.. not very ergonomic. our room was really far from the main hotel lobby/ activities/ swimming pool. No one to help with your luggage so if you have kids and lots of luggage, be prepared to manage them yourself

Spacious room, decor, great views. Many photo spots and great landscaping. Nice facilities and kids play area. Also walking distance to the theme park

Beautiful property and clean and well equipped rooms

Location is terrible if you don’t have a car. There is no way to walk anywhere, no buses and taxis will not want to take you so you will have to walk in the middle of the road for 1 km with no sidewalk. Very dangerous.

Swimming pools

Could not get a cup of coffee before 9am. No pool towels, pool chairs had to be rented even though nobody was there. Buffet dining was exorbitant

The hotel is absolutely beautiful amidst the nature. The room is comfortable and of good size. The compound is huge and staff are friendly.

Nice rooms and grounds, facilities was excellent.

Just needs a lick of paint as my terrace was a bit run down and you had to pay extra for sun beds, something that is including in a 5* in Europe.

The outdoor heated pool, kids soft play and comfortable beds

That my 9yo cannot enter the outside pool without a life jacket when she is an advanced swimmer.The gym is very small for the size of the hotel. Hotel pillows were too soft.

It's a lovely resort in a beautiful landscape. The room was big and had a view of the garden. Breakfast had lots of options. The location requires a car. There were not many options to dine in the area in the evening (most places were closed early).

Breakfast is pricey.

Excellent and clean hotel, with spectacular facilities. The lakes and grounds were beautiful. Everyone was so helpful

The food was immensely expensive for what it was, especially in comparison to local cuisine
