Closer to everything. Not too crowd not too busy area. Seogwipo-si so no hassle . There's fried chicken restaurant, thai foods, 7 eleven, starbucks and mcdonalds in nearby area. In the hotel there is actually a convenient store too.

Big room super clean! Early checkin available for a fee, and staff super helpful with booking taxis and checking locations.We even had two bathrooms in our 2 adults room and they had bathtubs ?The pool is very cute and relaxing. Quiet family calm place, would definitely recommend if you are looking to just relax for some days away from the hustle and bustle of city.

A bit pricey and far from restaurants and beach side; needed to take a taxi to go everywhere. Especially on hotter days, walking that far is a bit difficult.

It was minimal, perfect for 2 night stay, located at the heart next to the very expensive hotels like Shilla and Lotte. Everything was clean room was spacious many were really well renovated. Recommend 200% for the price and if you are there for touring JEJU, I will comeback for sure.

The room was beautiful, very clean。We could even see the sea from the window. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and the Teddy Bear Museum is within walking distance. The staff were very nice, though some of them didn’t speak much English. There are a few restaurants nearby, but not many — you’ll need to take a bus for more dining options. Most importantly, it’s cheaper than other hotels in the area and offers excellent value for money. A great choice overall.

The bed was comfortable. Though my room faced the road, it was quiet. It's not soundproof though but luckily the guests were not noisy. Bath towels were nice and big and the bathroom was clean. Housekeeping also tidied up and replaced my water even though I still had (a lot of hotels don't in my experience).

I booked this place for the pool - it is shared with another property and for the size of the pool it's too small. It was too crowded and I didn't get to use it. Check-out is also at 11 and the pool opens at 10, so you can't enjoy swimming before leaving. I moved the desk in the room and there was a ton of dust behind it. Not a deal breaker: but coffee cups are paper.

Very comfortable room and friendly are components of good spent time in Jeju. Good internet, it has swimming pool shared with another hotel. Convenience store in hotel is very good idea

Air conditioning with flow direction into bed causes sickness

Location was lovely - walkable to the falls, coast, shops etc. Hotel was lovely - the staff were friendly and hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was a bit tight and didn't seem as though there was enough spaces for the hotel if it was to be full.

The wifi was pretty awful - we gave up in the end and used data to plan the following day of our trip.

Outdoor swimming pool, art room, kind staff

Breakfast is very simple and staff there was not that nice. The way how we should do for the dishes and remnants food was very disgusting.

The location was good and peaceful. Room size was good and there was a heated outdoor pool. Suite room was spacious with balcony furniture and lovely views.

Location was ok and easy to find. Nearby amenities helps.

Parking lot is really tight.

We really liked our stay. Nice big hotel room, friendly staff and beautiful location close to jungmun beach. We had a car, and would recommend to also get one to be able to drive to restaurants and cool places

Location is excellent!Affordability is top given the location within the resort district.

There was only a single bath towel (for an occupancy of two adults). We had to request an extra bath towel from the concierge.

We had an overall decent stay. Great location and room was spacious enough for 3 adults. Pool is free of use and is shared with another hotel next door. Hotel also provides free parking when traveling with car. Hotel facility is overly spacious. Breakfast is included for 2 people and the food is mediocre/basic.

Staff where helpful but communicated with very basic english. Although the hotel has two parking lots on both sides of the hotel, by the end of the day it's already full. Room doesn't have any chairs or smaller tables which is why it would be better to sit in the lobby but the lobby has closing time and you are not allowed to sit there after 12 am.

1. Very friendly staff, even if I don't speak Korean, the communication is still very smooth. During my stay, there were some minor problems with my room facilities, which were quickly fixed after communication.2. Excellent location, elegant environment. Located in the tourist area, with a pleasant view nearby, and a 10-minute walk from the beach3. Clean and spacious room. Although the room facilities are not luxurious (it is ok for this price), they are very clean.4. Generally speaking, it is a cost-effective choice in the tourist area.

This cannot be considered a problem as it had no impact on my stay experience:Hope to enhance security in the rooms on the ground floor, such as stronger looking window locks. It can make passengers feel more secure. After all, floor allocation is random.

The hotel was located in Seogwipo, near the beach and restaurants. We were able to use the pool of the neighboring hotel free of charge. The communal area’s were nice.it was nice the room had 2 separate bedrooms.

The rooms were a little dated and very basic with for example only one nightstand for a double bed. The bathroom was very small, especially for it being a room with 2 bedrooms. The breakfast was mainly Asian breakfast. I don’t think the room matched the photo’s.

Nice hotel with lovely staff, well located to visit the southwest side of Jeju Island. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. 7/11 and Starbucks were within walking distance. About 45 drive from the airport (approx 45,000w).

No dry cleaning, steaming services or iron but not a deal breaker. Also, we couldn't use the AC (in May) despite the room being too hot for our taste, but the window had a mosquito net so we opened it.
