Modern and spacious rooms, nice toiletries, comfortable bed and pillows

There is no AC during our visit in April, and since it was very windy we couldn’t really kept the window opened for air circulation. We don’t really need the AC but some fan circulation would have been great.

Very accommodating. We originally were on a different floor from our friends and they upgraded to be on the same floor, a few rooms down. Philip Lee was the best and gave us info on our surroundings ??

The bed was a little hard, but better than our last hotel.

Lack of Sugar Sachets and milk creame in the room and also lack of regular Tea bags - English breakfast etc ...for a non Oriental traveller , these are absolute must haves !!! Also ,, the inroom lights hv to b little brighter .

Got a big spacious room.

Except for the room & 2 bottles of mineral water, everything else including gym and pool access is chargeable.

Location was right in the city which made it easy to get around. The room was spacious for the family very modern and clean.

Staff were not accommodating told one thing over the phone and another at the desk including costs, were not helpful especially after flying with young kids who were as equally unhelpful. Room was spacious but not great for young children too many buttons etc. Backyard looked perfect in photos expecting some play equipment but none on arrival.

The air conditioning in the room was not cool at all. Even when I opened the window, the wind did not come in. This was an unhappy stay for me. The hotel could not solve the problem for me.

Breakfast buffet is nice

Airconditioning is centralised and automatically shuts off during the night. Wake up sweating in a hot room every day.Swimming pool that is advertised everywhere is opened for less than 4 months of the year. Remaining 8+ months it’s closed.Gym entrance is an extra 20k won (€13,3, $14,4) each time you want to use it, even if you want to just run on a treadmill for 30mins.Roomservice isn’t roomservice; you have to go downstairs to get your food.Bathtubs are equipped with built in unremovable highly uncomfortable anti-slip ribbles. Forget about having a nice relaxing bath.

Good location close to the airport so really handy for an early morning flight.

Rooms are very dated, air conditioning is poor and does not cool the room even in cooler temperatures towards the end of October. Bathroom is tiny and the shower was the worse we had in the entire trip.

Staff! Do your job, please! Check-in is not available in person. They do not work at all.

The room was a very good size, the location was great for the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The provision of Netflix on the TV more than made up for the lack of English language channels.

The bed was rather soft which is not great when you have back trouble.

Charging to use gym

The room was spacious and clean. The tv is smart and has netflix on it. The beds were comfortable, and the desk space was great, large window. There was a Gs25 downstairs and many restaurants and shops. Great location. Near bus stop and busy street.

1. The room was almost ready when we checked in at 3:00 pm, the cleaning staff were still there. 2. The bathroom door rattles and slams hard with loud noise and can snap ur fingers (snapped mine). The bathroom lighting is not suitable for applying makeup.3. The AC controller is not to be controlled by guests. It stays on 24c° even if u put it on 18c. It's summer, and they refuse to allow us to change the temp. They did give us a strong electric fan that did the trick, but it was noisy, and u have to request it. I paid for an AC conditioned room, not a fan aired room. 4. The elevator is far from the lobby. 5. The buffet restaurant was ok but not worth the price at all. 6. I wished they provided a notepad by the desk. They only provided a pen.

It is centre of almost everything which can walk closely to dream tower and Lotte supermarket, dfs is just opposite.Casino below with free parking.

They charge extra for early check in but concierge is friendly to take over the car and luggage early.3 pax each room but only receive 2 sets of towels. Parking is too small for big car

Really nice hotel located in the heart of Jeju city. Nice size room & a bathroom. comfortable beds. very clean. Friendly staff.

Near shopping and food area

Excellent location.. room size adequate amd comfortable.. staff helpful.. overall highly recommended stay in jeju city.. value for money

The pool Is not included and must be paid...same for the spa! never seen before in a 5 stars hotel

The size of the room and the location was great

The bed was small. This is the first hotel that I've been to that charges a toothbrush, but I've read somewhere that jeju hotels don't provide them foc. Sound insulation was also bad as you can hear people talking from the streets.
