The breakfast was perfect, the location was great. I was able to get a wonderful run overlooking the beach! The staff exceeded expectations and were extremely helpful.

If you want a place that's near the sea, scenic, and far from Jeju City, then it's a really good location. I liked that the rooms are basically like mini apartments and the attached restaurant, cafe, and gift shop were all convenient.

The room can be a bit uncomfortable, especially if there are more than two adults. Spreading out bedrolls for two people requires moving some furniture a bit. Also, there isn't much nearby in the way of places to get food—a lot of restaurants are closed. So for us, the location was inconvenient (we didn't rent a car, which was definitely a mistake). The room itself had also seen better days, lots of marks on the walls and floor.

Very attentive staff to needs of guests, right on Jeju Olle route 15 (about 1.7 mi from start). Excellent BBQ Black Pork restaurant within 3-5 min walk. Excellent breakfast, both Korean & Western selections.

No complaints, only compliments.

The mattress was too hard and there's a smell in the hallways. One of the sleeping pads also have a stain in it.

Great location with exceptional view from our rooms. Staff were very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Clean and comfortable with good communal areas. Delicious breakfast with more views The bar was open in the evening. Easy walk to public transport. on site CU store was handy.

The accommodation was nice facing the ocean. Host was very kind to give us rooms on the same level too as we had a huge group.

There was only 1 aircon unit for the entire apartment . Individual rooms do not have their own air cons.

It is located near the beach and therefore, we could take a walk in the morning. The room is enough for 4 person to stay. However, the restaurants nearby (along the beach) were not opened in the morning for breakfast and evening for dinner.

Disappointing

No a single hook in the bathroom, no table or a single chair in the rooms; bath towels only after a question asked

Walls and sofa are not very clean, water bidet does not function properly and insect net not properly sealed and dusty

The location was perfect right on the sea, lovely quite area. Good size room the staff all did their best to help make us comfortable.

Whole hotel in need of full modernisation and refurbishment, torn wall paper, no a/c in bedroom only lounge, dingy bathroom, no restaurant for dinner. Not what to be expected for a' Resort hotel' as no resort facility. Kitchenette needs better equipment. No tea/coffee orovided. Knowing this beforehand wouldn't have booked.

I loved the location. Hearing the waves seeing the beautiful beach, beautiful black rocks and the morning walkers was calming and enjoyable

Some rooms will be updated soon. However, all rooms could use a microwave. We appreciate being offer a room that had seen the update and enjoyed it. Yet would have loved to to see a microwave.

The location by the sea and the sea view from our unit was lovely. We stayed in a Royal Suite with Ocean View. (3 rooms; 2 rooms with beds and 1 room with futon) The kitchen had cutleries and plates and mugs. Good water pressure in the bathrooms. There were restaurants walking distance from the property along the sea. There is a convenience store at the property and the reception was nicely decorated for Christmas. To stay here, you must have your own transport.

The property was quite run down. It did not look anything like the pictures. The bathrooms are all wet coz there were no partitions between shower and sink so the floor was always cold as we were there end Nov. There were no floor mats either. Only shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided, no toothbrush and toothpaste. Only hand towels were provided. No bath towels. So please check with them before hand about towels. The kitchen did not have any kitchen towels. No coffee provided either. Only a kettle to boil water. The television was only local shows, no Netflix or Youtube.

Very good value, lovely location, big rooms and very attentive staff

It’s an old hotel so a little tired but very clean - and probably the reason why it’s such good value!

The hotel is in a nice location with sea views from some rooms. The breakfast was excellent, with both Korean and continental options. The staff were friendly and helpful.There's a little art gallery on site, plus a useful convenience store. There are some restaurants within walking distance for lunch / evening meals, and the hotel restaurant does fried chicken / shrimp, which was very tasty!Would highly recommend for a stay in the Hanlim area.

The location was on the good place but photos did not match in real life. It was very trashy, dirty looking and like nobody put work in it.

Room service didn’t exist, so our room wasn’t cleaned. My husband blanket had blood stain on it. We ordered a room with two futons and a bed and got one sofa and a bed. Breakfast wasn’t given like it said in the price we paid for. Hotel was very dirty looking. I feel the picture were misleading and we definitely didn’t encounter the environment from the photos.

A small AC in the common area is all we had.

Foods are fresh and yummy !!!
