It look old and the terrace that was the primary reason we went there was closed due to a renovation but that was not announced before the reservation.

Every staff member I met there was fantastic and helped from, using navigation app, room, dining suggestions, dining room staff. The staff made the hotel a level higher than their rating.

Location. It was about 10-15 mins from the airport and a short walk to the food and shopping streets in the new Jeju City area. Staff was very friendly.

No counter space in the bathroom. Small complaint because there wasn't a lot to complain about. Also, bed was on the firmer side. Good for my wife, but not for me.

Helen was more than helpful. She went above & beyond her responsibilities. We will surely miss her.

Convenient locale close to restaurants and some shopping. Easy access to taxis for getting to sites.

What I loved the most was the bed, it super comfy. Also, the panodramic view I was obsessed with just sitting and enjoying the view. Also, the cleanliness of the place. The lady kept the room spotless everyday.

The breakfast. There were just a simple Korean food. And a little bit of other choices. No pastries. No varieties.

The location is convenient, close to restaurants and shopping areas, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room also had a styler, which was great for refreshing jackets and removing any BBQ smells from clothes.

The pictures on Booking.com looked reasonable, but the actual room we received was noticeably smaller.

Rooftop closed. Some thing at the hotel and room need a little fix and a better cleaning.

Good friendly reception staff - Helen and Jeng was helpful in providing Jeju services and food options.

We arrived early, so our room wasn't ready, but the staff person was wonderful; she took our bags, suggested places to have a bite to eat, let use the washroom to freshen up--very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, very close to restaurants and shops and basically across the street from a main hub for meeting tour buses. Despite the location, the room was reasonably quiet at night. There's no coin laundry on the premises, but we had a clothes "sanitizer" thing in our room, which seemed to do the trick to refresh a couple of well-worn items.

The hotel is a bit dated--it's clean and orderly, but it just feels a little dark. Also, we could've used a bit more shelf space in the bathroom.

It’s aging but sill good.

Spacious room, bed, and comfy layout . Liked the full wall counter and the low bench for taking shoes on and off. Sizeable bathroom and nice shower with glass doors. Very close to airport by taxi or bus.

Helpfulness of staff was variable. Control of all electronics on the remote was a new, and not always successful experience for us.

Great location. Within short walking distance to Lotte Mart, shops and eateries. Best thing is every room as a steam closet/cabinet where we could clean our jackets and clothes.

Nothing I could think of with the room price

Close to Lotte Duty Free and other shopping areas. I have a choice between this area and near Ocean Suites Hotel as I am taking tours that has pick-up in Lotte DFS and Ocean Suites. It has olive young and good food places around. Good spacious room for one and very clean. They have this closet that kinda disinfect your clothes which is great.

The only thing is I told the receptionist that I am going to the airport at 4 am and they did not warn me that the airport is still closed. He could have given me guidance that the airport won't open until 5 am. He did however help me find a taxi. So I am there sitting in the dark at the airport for an hour.

I wish there was a laundry facility within the building This is very minor.

Large room and very comfortable bed, location close to tour buses, restaurants and shops, steamer closet very practical, good shower, most of all very friendly staff

It was close to the airport and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Staff were very nice and even ordered a taxi for us when our app wasn’t working.

The carpet was old and stained, didn’t feel clean to walk on.

Great location in Jeju City close to the airport, and for driving it's amazing as they have free valet parking. The room was quite large and clean with everything you need like bottled water, large TV, good towels, etc...

The AC was old and made annoying sounds at night, though it cooled the room fine. The guy on duty when we checked in was kind of strange. When we first came to check in, this guy blanky stared at us and just said "passport". The whole check in process was quite awkward, he almost seemed unhappy we were there. All the other staff was really nice, however.

Well positioned hotel downtown Jeju City. Everything was as advertised - spacious rooms, good WiFi, goof location. Very easy to reach from the airport - local bus stops literally few meters away from the front door! Helen at the reception was fabulous and gave us great tips! If I am back to Jeju, I would stay here again. (The rooftop restaurant is closed, by the way.)

The only problem I have with this hotel is some dark foil taped over the windows from the outside - it is not removable, obviously, and made the room too dark for our taste. Fortunately, enough lamps and lights inside to fix the problem, but it would be nice to get rid of the foil.
