Grabel Hotel Jeju

the rooms are quite spacious (we booked 1 standard and 1 family room)the location is easy to reach and parking space is ample

the hotel is obviously an old one - and the cleanliness is not that great.we stayed for 3 nights and observed the carpeted floor was not vacuumed for the duration we stayed

It was not far away from the airport and a taxi cost only 7000 Korean Won. The bus stop was just in front of the hotel although we never tried to take one. The triple room was spacious and was larger than many other hotels. The staff was helpful.

The room furnishings were a bit old and the lighting was dim. The first room we got was unsatisfactory; the door lock didn't work. Although the technician came quickly to fix it but it made us worry of the safeness. Fortunately, we were able to change the room the next day,

I was only there for one night so for me it was just a place to sleep.

The room felt ‘tired’. The staff wasn’t great with English (which is my fault for having NO Korean).

Helpful staff, beautiful views from our room, great breakfast that had ample scheduled hours

The staff was very friendly, every day they help us to get a taxi to the city. The brakefast was great.

The pool should be open earlier, opening it after 11am is a bit late.

Close to the Airport and main road. The room we got was a family room and it came with some wooden toys that our kids enjoyed.

They charge you $3,000 won to “rent” a towel at the swimming pool to use. This is the first time I see this kind of charge. Also, they have a sign saying that if you don’t return the key card at checkout you will be charged $10,000 won. There are not a lot of things around the hotel and it’s not on the beach.

Rooms are clean, variety of food choices during breakfast, close to airport (7 kms), few restaurants and shops nearby

Because hotel is located along of a busy road, its very noisy, in particular, when you open the window to get fresh air

Hotel is located close to main infrastructure. Breakfast is really good! Staff was very responsive, they opened the breakfast at 6:40 because we have to leave early.

Room is tired, especially bathroom, it’s too dark in the bathroom, air conditioner is old and noisy. Not enough space to store clothes in the wardrobe.

Swimming pool on the the roof was great. Room was nice and comfortable and parking was free

Breakfast was cold. (Bacon and eggs)and it was not just us that found that to be the case . Wouldn’t waste money on it

Close to the city, rooms with great view and are spacious. We used the rooftop pool once. It was small but good.

This hotel was beautiful. Easy walk to the sea, easy to catch buses. Far enough away from the airport to avoid airport noise. The pool was heated and had a rooftop restaurant next to it. We loved this place - me and two teen daughters.

Very clean and large rooms. Sea facing view rooms highly recommended. Very friendly front desk who are able to converse well in English. Plenty of food nearby.

Comfortable rooms with beautiful views, very value for money, friendly staff, excellent spread for breakfast buffet. Good location near convenience store and eateries.
