Spacious, clean, bright and welcoming. The beds were comfy and thick, very comfortable. Love the dining and seating area and clothes hanging racks provided. Shower shampoo is a lovely tangerine scent

Great value with the size of the room we booked. It was also very clean. Location wise, it was good and near to places we wanted to visit in West Jeju.

Nothing much to dislike.

In general, the hotel is rather good. However, there were significant flaws. The room size is big, there is a microwave and a fridge, and the TV is excellent. There is also a small public kitchen.

First of all, the swimming pool is not available in September. It is strange since it was +30 and higher outside. Second, there were significant problems with cleaning. We had usual naps with our child and they have barely managed to clean our room outside this interval. Moreover, our toilet has never been cleaned in ten days. Third, the air conditioner and the refrigerator were noisy.

The rooms were very spacious. Lovely view and the pool was nice. There was a great choice shop on site and a black pork bbq next door which was lovely. It was only a few minutes taxi to the beach or we did walk it in the evenings when it wasn't so hot

We had to pay to use the sun loungers and the picnic benches round the pool. I don't remember seeing anything about that when booking. We could also only hire them for 3 hours, but the kids wanted to stay round the pool all day as we had had a busy week before arriving travelling around, so it did get expensive. There was no toilet by the pool so we had to go into the main building every time we needed the toilet which was a pain. We were able to get drinks by the pool though and the staff were friendly. It would have been better if the second bedroom had beds in, the kids were fine on the floor but I'm sure a bed would have been more comfortable, there was plenty of space for beds. There was also hardly any kitchenware in the room, just a few plates left on the drying rack from the previous guest, no glasses, despite there being lots of empty cupboards in the kitchen

We didn’t like the rules and restrictions at the swimming pool. No outside food or drinks are allowed, but the menu is very small and quite poor (E.g. only Terra beer, no cocktails; no pizza, French fries or hamburgers). Many international guests at the hotel, so the food and drinks need to be more international too. Also didn’t like being charged for tables and chairs. Customers should be told in advance about this extra charge. If you don’t have a car, getting to or from the hotel is neither cheap nor easy. No bus stop, no shuttle service. And the front desk wasn’t helpful. The person won’t even reserve an early morning taxi for us so we could catch our flight in Jeju City

The room is big and super clean. Nice swimming pool. Cafe, grocery, and restaurant are all available. Price is reasonable. Nice beach ⛱️ nearby.

Spacious room. Laundry room comes with 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, detergent was automatically loaded.24-hour convenience store is available.

Room cleanliness could be improved, noticed some dirt on the table.Wet shower area was not fully covered. There was only a half-width glass panel separating the wet area to the supposedly dry area. So around half of the bathroom floor (up to basin area) will be wet when you shower.

Nice and clean place. Beach about 1,5 km. Some restaurants in the neighborhood a larger selection near the beach.

The "seasonal pool" means the pool is open only for July and August. This information should be highlighted in the introduction. On our stay in the middle of June and 30 C outside it was closed. Probably too less rain or too cold outside at the time.

Located on the main road and has great facility eg. karaoke rooms and roof top! There was also swimming pools but it was not in used due to still cold weather. The staff was great and self-serve convenience store was located inside.

Had to do lots of U-turns from the main road as depending which direction you're driving to get to the building.

Big room with great view. Short drive to the beach area with shops, cafes and restaurants. Good location. A handy convenience store in the lobby, breakfast was good with a selection of Korean and western food.

There is family room, 1 queen bed and 2 single bed so my family of 4 no need to squeeze each other. The room is big, ample space for your luggage. Location near the beach, but we did not explore it as it was rain and the weather start to drop (visiting in winter). The toilet had bidet.Below has GS 25 - small convenience store, same floor as the lobby.

The staff was not so well versed with English when we checked in .

Abundance of parking lots, proximity to the city and the beach, and a wonderful viewing deck!

The pool was closed and emptied for the season.

The aircon was super cold we loved it. TV was a huge one and we had loads of downtime watching TV. Staff was very friendly and helpful. GS25 downstairs was well stocked. We loved the little cafe next to the hotel. Great pies and coffee.

Sofa could be made more comfortable with sofa pillows. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft, no support for neck and head.

Location is perfect with very good staff

Pool was closed which is disappointing.
