Comfortable place to stay

Only one elevator for many visitors. You’ll need to wait for long in rush hours, especially when you’re on high floors.

This hotel is minimalist and spotless.I was very pleased that they provided daily housekeeping.Laundry facilities are free of charge and an excellent idea.Our memorable moment was with a parking staff member.Sorry we did not catch his name but while we were catching a taxi rain started suddenly he appeared with two umbrellas and stayed and ordered a taxi for us. That is above and beyond kindness.Thank you.

Easy to drive to hotel from airport. Parking is done by the staff. Hotel room has everything I need. Location is good as you can walk to the shopping area and easily get food around the hotel. Also has cafes around for breakfast within walking distance.

Room can be a bit tight if more than 2 person and big luggages.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ventimo Hotel on Jeju Island. Our two‑bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for unwinding after a full day of exploring.The location was very convenient. Having a CU convenience store right next door made quick snacks, drinks, and last‑minute essentials so easy to grab, and it was also a great spot for tour or taxi pick‑ups.One of the standout perks was the free laundry service. You bring your own detergent, but being able to wash clothes on-site was such a huge help during the trip and made packing lighter.Overall, Ventimo Hotel offered comfort, practicality, and great value. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit to Jeju.

Although our room had a mini kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave & stove top, there was very little/minimal cutlery/plates so this made having our own meals in the room difficult. (we ended up buying our own cutlery & dishwashing liquid to clean up after ourselves) There was a lack of bins in the kitchen too which made disposal of trash/rubbish difficult.

My initial qualm was seeing the negative reviews of the attitude of the hotel staff and the carpark attendant. But we decided to book this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and we had an early flight to catch. However, upon checking in, we were met with friendly staff and helpful carpark attendants who spoke good English. The suite is spacious, clean, and sporting a modern design. This hotel comes with free valet parking. The carpark attendant will check the car's weight before proceeding to use the car lift to park.

-A kitchen without cutlery seems to be a silly idea. We were looking for forks and plates for my kid's birthday cake, but we couldn't find any. We also couldn't find teaspoons to make our beverage. - The traffic and congestion right in front of the hotel are terrible during peak hours. There were still quite a lot of cars into the late night and wee early morning. To do a U-turn here during peak hours is pretty scary ?

The location is convenient for short stays and early flights, with quick access to the airport. The room was well furnished, and the shower facilities were of good quality. An unexpected feature was the in-room arcade machine, which added a bit of novelty to the stay.

Most of the parking is situated some distance from the main building, which may be less convenient for guests with luggage. The hotel also felt somewhat compact and crowded at times.

Closeness to airport and close to 5star Barbeque. Had a gym

The location was great. Really close to lots of shops and food spots. Loved how spacious the room was and great staff interactions as an English speaker.

The room and toilet is quite spacious. Beds are comfortable. There is a fresh water dispenser to dispense water which is convenient for guests. Quite a few food stalls beside the hotel and a CU convenience store.

Staff isn't helpful. We arrived with many pieces of luggages and we were struggling to get them into the hotel, no help was offered. I guess because they are a small hotel. The staff at the front desk don't bother coming to check on us if we need help. We asked about food locations to try, the staff couldn't give much suggestion. It was a rainy day. Our toilet bowl clogged one night, called the front desk to get help, they told us to go downstairs to get a plunger to de-clog ourselves. When doing check out, no staff was present at the desk. Rang the bell a few times, no one came.

Spacious clean room with lots of amenities; the bathroom was large and even had a bidet. Really appreciated the laundry room too.

Excellent hotel — we were really happy with our stay! The location is perfect, just about 8 minutes by car from the airport. Parking is very convenient — the staff take your keys and bring the car around when you’re ready to leave. Everyone was friendly and spoke great English. Our room was spacious and bright, with a super comfortable bed, large shower, and soft towels. There’s a small breakfast area and a kettle with tea and coffee in the room.There’s also a CU convenience store right at the entrance, which was really handy for grabbing snacks. Unfortunately, the hotel no longer offers breakfast sandwiches, but you can easily buy something at the store or from the vending machines at the reception.

We honestly have no complaints — the hotel was perfect for our needs!

Despite booking a room with a view of the sea and airport, they tried to convince us that the view wasn't guaranteed. There were no large towels in the room. The room wasn't the cleanest.

We loved the location in Jeju city, super close to the airport and so much food,stores, and cafes within walking distance. In the lobby there have vending machines/drink machines, such as nice bonus! The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room with an arcade machine and it was a blast! Wish we would have stayed here longer!

Room was a bit small for 3 pax.Evening/Night clerk was helpful but not entirely knowledgeable of area.

we booked room with kitchen however cannot cook, so felt more like ikea display kitchen only :(

The location is great, the staff is very friendly.

The suite has a kitchenette but no kitchen accessories, not a dish, not even a spoon or a glass is provided. So the kitchenette has not any value at all. Also the provided “bed set” for the 5th person in the suite was very uncomfortable.

We took this hotel to be close to the Jeju airport and that was well achieved.From the hotel we also went into the center of the city but it takes about 20 minutes.We used the coin laundry in the hotel which was convenient.

There is a valet parking in the Hotel but is they run out of place the next parking arrangement is about 5-6 minutes walking distance from the Hotel.
