Ive Resort Jeju

Very good location close to mountain. calm and quiet, people who love live with nature will like it. good facilities and children will like it the most as it has pool to play. they operate even in October month with warm water which was very good.

Its difficult to access the resort without car as it is located close to mountain area far from the city area. there are no big marts near by to buy the stuffs so it is recommended to buy everything before you arrive the resort.

The room and rest room is very dirty and the floor dusty and the aircon is so noisy

The place is beautiful but the room is not good

Resort is located away from city area so it is very calm. Room is very good with all basic facilities. There is also swimming pool where children had a great time.

The store located at the resort had some more eatables as the city is far from the resort place.

Great value for money. One of the cheapest places for families in Jeju, with a convenient location between Hallasan and Seogwipo.

We liked how spacious was the room, the bed were separated but we simply moved them together. It was nice to stay out of town and relax.They have a beautiful swimming pool than in summer time is probably amazing. We also enjoyed their gym for a morning workout.

The kitchen is missing some utilities in order to really cook, not even forks. And the towels are of the size of a face towel - which is what we've seen across korea. To us it wasn't an issue since we have a car but if you don't it will be hard to get around.

Quiet location

I would rate zero for cleanliness. Bed sheets inside cover has massive moulds.

I liked that it provided free parking. The room is big and comfortable beds for 3 persons in a room. The staff were friendly and helpful and could speak simple English.

Was staying on the 1st floor so the sea view was blocked by the villas in front of our balcony. The bath towels provided were small in size like a hand towel but compensated by having given 2 towels per pax. The bathroom was dim and towel racks were rusty.

Big room with A LOT of space and balcony (beautiful sea view and surrounded by nature). Room had a kitchen and utensils. There’s a warm pool with nice views. Convenience store open till 22PM. 10min from the center Seogwipo.

-TV small and only korean speaking channels-Walls are not sound proof. We could hear our neighbors above (children running)-There was supposed to be breakfast service in the hotel but everything was cancelled. We don’t know the reason.

the staff were nice and very reactive when we told there insects and big spider they sent a person to dispose the spider and gave us mosquito bombs for cocroaches.

Basic cabin, it's spacious, the shower was very nice and it's nice to have a kitchen. If you're looking for a spacious room and a place you only need to sleep and have breakfast at, this place is perfect. The view is beautiful and the staf very friendly and helpful.

It is by no means a resort, the pool is not as fancy as the photographs show and occupied by children from morning till night. So we were unable to use the pool. The gym was very basic and unstaffed, not worth going to twice.

Cabin style

No public transport. However the nearest bus stop at Seogwipo Healing Forest from Seogwipo city. Should take a cab from there. Should be cheaper.

The location is great but isolated. There are no uber or any other taxi nearby. The location is good if you have your own vehicle

We were having our winter vacation and we didn't expect snow heavily.. There was road closure at certain area and it was a bless that road access to Jeju I've was not affected.. The view from the unit was so beautiful with white snow and looking at the sea and mountain that not so near to Jeju I've.. The facility and kitchen provided is good. We can cook and dine in.

Huge room.

Too far away from town. If own transport,OK. Otherwise not convenient.

We came for the room with the private hot tub and that was fantastic!

20 minute drive from main town of seogwipo. recommendation only if you have a car.

The hotel is quite remote and away which is nice . The rooms were clean and had a nice kitchen

Sadly the stay had some issues - NO HOT WATER when we arrvied - we had a language barrier with the staff and think this is the main issue that this is a local hotel . It is a family hotel, so neighbough children and little noises are a natural and pool always busy. we had a huge issue with NO HOT WATER when we got back and with the heat we tried to ask to have this fixed .. in result the hotel team turned on not only the water but floor heating ... when we got back at 9pm the room had 38+ degrees and the floor was so hot we had to put our shoes on. The staff turned this off and did come back when we said this was not possible to stay overnight. They give us a nice room in hotel - however packing all items and having to move 7h prior to having to leave was not idea.

The pool was very nice and the hotel had a beautiful view. Although located a bit hidden, the location wasn’t too far from other places.

No room service during the stay which I wasn’t aware of.Staff didn’t explain a lot during check in, and only one key was available for a room of 4.

Beautiful infinity style pool. Games room and massage chair room. Room was large with kitchen utensils and plates/pots. Location beautiful set on a hill amongst forest. Good value for money.

You definitely need a rental car because the location is far from everything. Room was clean but didn’t look clean in that the rooms looked a little tired.
