Heyy Seogwipo Hotel

First time staying in this part of Seogwipo. It was nice to walk around the area.Staff was nice and helpful. The lobby was also very welcoming. The room itself was pretty spacious and clean.

Location is great, the room was spacious, clean and staff were great.

The parking lot had no elevator and didn’t have a lot of spaces. Also- the ramp connecting the parking lot floors was really steep and narrow and with an extremely sharp turn. They do have an outdoor gravel parking lot as well.

Staff were so friendly! Hotel room, laundry room, breakfast, and other facilities/amenities were also amazing. I would definitely come back here!

Comfortable bed, large room, good location. The staff stayed two hours late the night we checked in because our flight got in late.

The pillows were really flat and the shower was terrible. It barely had any water coming out and it would either be burning hot or freezing cold and would change any minute.

I'll book the hotel again on my next visit to Jeju for sure. The staff was attentive and professional. The maids did a great job cleaning and providing towels and pet pads. The parking lot wasn't big enough, but it was not a big deal. The convenience store was a plus.

My only complaint was only two washing machines and two dryers available for the entire hotel. Making a long wait to do our laundry, or we have to use it during late hours.

We had a pet with us, and this room provided a bed and bowl for them. Beds were comfy, the room was spacious too, and they have a small convenient store at the lobby which can help with late-night cravings.

We booked the room for 2 people but they gave only one big towel, had to call them if they can send us one but they asked to come to the desk, we were dretched and tired to go down, wish they had put 2 in the room from the start if they knew the number already!

Great location and excellent views to the harbour. Easy to walk to the city and to the waterfalls. Staff very helpful. Affordable and comfortable.

Bathroom was dirty - grout needs to be properly scrubbed. A seat to enjoy the view would also be good. The room was a bit shabby in parts.

Very comfortable room in a great location that was walking distance to the Seogwipo Maeil Olle market. There was also ample parking space right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

Take a limousine bus no.600, you will get off in front of the hotel, very nice!A strategic location, near restaurant, convenience store, traditional market.

Cleanliness and Quiet

Room corridors are stuffy with musky odour. Old Bath Towels even though is clean. Housekeeping service can be better.

Excellent and very friendly staff at reception, good breakfasts, overall good location.

Poor cleaning of the rooms. I am not sure that the bed linen was changed at least once during the week that we were at the hotel. We had to go to the reception on the first floor several times to ask for an extra towel, as the cleaners only put one (in a room with three beds!!).

Not isolated enough. You could hear your neighbours and the streets (windows)

As a very dog-friendly place, we appreciated the consideration for our pup in the room. They had a dog bed, bowl, and pee pads. It made traveling with a pet so much better!

The shower area is a wet room so it was hard to keep anything dry in the bathroom.

very nice location, strongly recommended if you would like to go around the island. Make sure to be a pet lover cause you feel it throughout the facility, although it's clean. We love it.
