    Pros +

    • We had a comfortable stay after a red-eye flight. The beds and pillows were comfortable and supportive. We liked that there are different air conditioning units for the living and sleeping areas. We also appreciated there was plenty of space for 3 persons to lounge/sit around. Hotel provided laundry powder for the washing machine. Lady who checked out in was friendly and helpful, she also provided recommendations for places to visit based on the weather forecast.
    • Lovely big rooms and bathroom. Own private decked area outside with spa pool. Shop on site was very handy as not that much else around. You definitely need a car here! The pool looked lovely but it wasn't in use when we were there. Very clean and friendly staff. Good base to explore from. Cooking area which is very handy but it wasn't lacking in equipment - could have done with some knives, a bigger frying pan, wooden spoon etc. would definitely recommend.
    • the place was nice, clean and big! loved the robes, slippers and coffee given.

    Cons -

    • We had requested for a ground floor unit but we were assigned an unit on the second floor, which caused some inconvenience for my elderly parent. The location of the washing machine was in an odd location, we could only access it through the bedroom where it was not sheltered, so we were drenched in rain when we were doing our laundry.
    • a little difficult to locate it on naver as its not listed as arts spa but arechu. the drive in is also a long 1 way dirt road making it difficult for cars coming in and out. also the central heating and aircon was difficult to locate in the room, better signages would help
    • While location was great, however the way into the resort was rather tricky as one would have to manoeuvre through a narrow road which would be challenging if there was an oncoming vehicle from the opposite direction. And it can get dark along this narrow road in the night. No fault on the part of the resort, as we enjoyed our stay, but it'd be good to be aware.

Big, clean rooms with personal jacuzzi. Well equipped with a nice kitchen. We liked how spacious and clean our place was. Location was great as we were planning on visiting seongsan illchubong (sunrise peak), Udo Island & surrounding sites in eastern jeju during our stay, and the resort is very accessible to these places.

We have a whole floor for ourselves, with kitchen, bathroom, dining room, bedroom, laundry room, outdoor spa and it's fully equipped. We really enjoyed the time after coming back from outside. There's also a convenience store where you can get food and other stuff.

Recommended for people travel by car, we took the bus and the closest station is 15 minutes walk apart.

Very comfortable rooms and well designed. Private hot tub on the balcony was very nice.

Tight road access and difficult parking.

The staff was very helpful and the food was awesome. Also the pool is nice and clean. We also feel in love with the view.

The hotel is located in a very quite place and offer large rooms where you can find everything that you might need. The convenience store placed within the hotel area, although a bit more expensive than usual, offers quite a few options of snacks, drinks, and other necessities.

If one has a car, from this location one can visit all over the island in a reasonable time. However, moving with public transport is possible, yet quite slow and not so convenient from this hotel.

Beautiful ground/property with super spacious villas and a pool! Huge bathroom which included full size shampoo, conditioner and body-wash. Separate AC units in room and living area. Living area with kitchen, table and living room. Private backyard with spa/jacuzzi with complete privacy (no windows faced backyard from adjacent villas/high walls). Convenience store on property with reasonable pricing (no gouging).

Was looking forward to the jacuzzi, even purchased a bath bomb from the front desk, but sadly it wasn’t working. I was able to fill it with hot water and enjoy a soak, but the jets wouldn’t turn on, no matter the combination of pressed buttons. Sadness! Narrow oneway road to property, a bit scary at night, but luckily we rented a small vehicle. Regardless, I enjoyed my time here. Would come back in a heartbeat, but will definitely ask staff to look at jacuzzi on the first day!!

Room facilities was great. Room was spacious.

My family had bad jacuzzi rash after using the jacuzzi. Highly recommend to clean the tub before use. Otherwise, very satisfied with the accommodations facilities.

Great size rooms, clean, has a little shop on the property where you can buy food, souvenirs, or literally anything you need. You can also rent a barbecue there and swim in the communal pool if it's warm.

The location is really far away in the middle of nowhere so if you don't have a car - you are stuck at the accommodation and need to order a taxi to go to a restaurant. There is no restaurant near the property and the food they serve only has meat options - nothing for vegetarians. Consider renting a car in Jeju and make sure to bring an international driving license as it's mandatory in Korea.

The amenities were amazing. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was even a jacuzzi pool at the balcony. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

    Nothing!

The food for the room service are good. The buffalo wings and prawns.

Provide additional help to bring luggages to the 2nd floor.

    5EvelynPosted on: 12-29-2023

Quiet and near the coast. A large apartment with cooking facilities, hot tub and on-site convenience store with room service available.

Property is let down by poor maintenance. Living room floor tiles grout are gone. Bedroom pillow thin and poor quality. Sofa saggy. Once all these things are fixed it will be a good hotel to stay.

    8RebeccaPosted on: 12-6-2023

Kitchenette is well-equipped though we hardly used it. I like that the 2-in-1 washing machine is hidden in a separate room within the house, so no noise can be heard even if I did the laundry at night.

Given the cold weather, it is hard for one to walk out of the property to get food. Not many food options outside villa but the convenience store is well stocked.

    8KinnodaPosted on: 9-2-2023

On-site food store, ability to purchase some fried chicken and chips when raining and not wanting to go elsewhere, and the affordable room service breakfast options (if you like Korean food!) - the villa rooms are exceptional value for money.

Quite a few insects but to be expected given the environment. No ability to walk anywhere nearby. Limited food options close by. Bathroom cup wasn’t clean.

    10LisaPosted on: 8-9-2023

The room was quiet and clean. We had a private spa tub in the back patio. The little store on site offered snacks and drinks. The staff were very helpful. The setting was lovely in a location that was near the water as well as an abundance of hydrangeas (in June). I wish we could have stayed longer.

The entrance to the property was a little sketchy. The road connecting to the more major road is very narrow and a little dangerous in the dark. The road from the other direction (nearer to the coast) was a little better but still difficult to find in the dark.

secluded and quiet place! best for travelers looking for quiet place with their loved ones or family. very few selections of dinner places due to COVID im sure..

im not used to the hotel/condo type where i have to take out the trash and stuff. it's korean style i guess.. not too bad tho
