Pampas Hotel Jeju

It is located very close to the airport. Good place to stay while enjoying the sea view, long stroll and the breeze.

The bus passes every 30 mins or less in the afternoon, it is recommended to plan your day.

Noisy, old, tv needs repair, cold.

First it was nothing like the photos, the mirror was dirty, the TV had white spots on the screen, the remote control was not working, the tv would turn on and off at times, it was too noisy because it’s right next to the take off area of the airport. But it was far from the arrival area of the airport so getting to the airport was not easy. The bed was not comfortable either.

Male receptionist checked us in - I had thought he was not conversant in English but realised he was in a hurry vaping outside (I barely got my questions answered). AC could not be turned on in summer months (we visited in October but it was 22deg that day). Only 1 elevator in lobby (we left early in the morning) but wondered if it could handle if guests were to all check out same time.

Uber got us to the hotel with no problem; the friendly front desk staff checked us in upon nighttime arrival. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the large bed. Just what we needed for an overnight stay close to the airport.

The hotel located behind the airport. It took only 15 minutes by car. And it was an oceanfront hotel.

The hotel smeller from the drains. In the morning, I could smell the stink in the bathroom.

We really liked the location. It's nearby the coastel area and you can see the beautiful act of waves dancing alongside the coast from your balcony.Clean, Room space wide enough, comfortable stay.Convenience store is right outside the turn 50m away.The staff lady was quite helpful ordering dinner when we got late.

No in house restaurant which is okay for us. But could be issue for others.

We stayed in room 516, no air-con, only heater for winter. Unable to sleep due to noise, need to open balcony door for fresh air. Also, we think the noise came from the water flow through the pipe /water pressure (quiet after 2am !!)

Its not what we expected based on photos especially there was no bathtowels available. Ive never stayed in a hotel without bathtowels.... first time ever. I work as executive housekeeper in Australia and i travelled a lot so not finding a bathtowels in room is unexpected....

On Booking.com it said that this place was only 1 kilometre from the airport, so we thought we could just walk there. We had to fly out the next morning so it was important for us to be close to the airport. In reality, the hotel was on the wrong side of the airport, so we had to take a 5 km taxi ride to go around the airport to get to the hotel. It was easy to get a taxi, but it was an extra cost that we hadn’t counted on.

I like the location as it is not far from the International Airport. Pampas Hotel is near to Yongduam Rock. I visited Jeju during winter and the mattress is really comfortable. The receptionist is helpful even though they speak little English. Ample parking space some more with super reasonable price per room.

Not really a place you'd have a long stay, as it's close to the airport and we had an early flight, so simply using it as a layover, most people seem to be doing the same. The room is actually fairly large and had a small dining table and two chairs.

Bed was a bit hard, looked cleaned but I had itch on my legs at night so not sure if there are any bugs, although I didn't see any.

Opposite sea view...nice and cooling.

There's no bath towel given, when ask they don't provide bath towel only medium size towel which cannot cover my body. No tooth brush, no tooth paste and no comb and also no bidet.

The hotel is very near to the airport. Around 10 to 15 mins drive

No aircondition during my stay. Because the air-condition only allow to use during summer. So you need to open the window during non-summer season. Can be stuffy if the room is not windy.

Location was good near airport, value for money with clean classy modern hotel and receptionist at desk . Love d sound of waves , could hear it from my room …so happy staying here although just for a night

Comfortable, modern hotel with large, clean well appointed room.

Could have had some tea provided in the room. Although the hotel is close to Jeju airport it's not actually that convenient or easy to get to Jeju airport as it's right around the other side of the airfield and runway to the airport terminal building so you need to get taxis or public transport. A shuttle service would make a lot of sense and be very helpful.

There are no irons in the hotel. The bus schedules are inaccurate to go to the city, prefer the taxi, it's much simpler

The location is close to the beach, and the room is really spacious. This will be a great place for those who look forward to great sea views and serene atmosphere.

It’s close to the airport and sea. It was cheap and the price reflected the service and rooms.

The unfriendly welcome from staff after having waited 10mins at reception for them to turn up to check us in. When asked if we could book a taxi for 5am was told that staff only work from 7am onwards. Just needed help to pre-book a taxi and that seems to be such a difficult request. The quadruple room was not comfortable with very shaky stairs going into the loft and a very noisy air con unit. The hotel backs on to the runway so you hear planes all the time. But guess that’s what you get from staying near the airport.
