Great location, clean, breakfast buffet very complete. All staff is helpful and very friendly. Dayro was one of the staff that absolutely stands out for how much he tries to be of service snd make you welcome to the hotel.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The water pressure in the showers is amazing.

Sunday 9am loud music from the pool area. The breakfast did not have any good healthy options (e.g. salad, fresh vegetables).

Porter was excellent and very helpful. Dinner hamburger had an off taste to it and was not good. Caesar salad with chicken tastes like fish and had a small piece of fish mixed in.

The staff, always friendly, professional, helpful, and responsive. Love the breakfast buffet. They just added fried chicken fingers; now I'm in heaven.

Modern hotel. Clean. Good restaurant. Shopping mall right next door. Up to date bedroom furniture and decor. Helpful staff. Great hotel for the price.

The staff catered to my needs and were extremely polite, they were also excellent at communicating with me in English as I only know very little words in Spanish

Nothing at all

It was good. Warm water. Decent breakfast. Probably the best breakfast you’ll get in a hotel in this city. It’s known as the best hotel in the city for a reason. I also like that you can pay a little extra for a late check out.

My flight got three hours delayed which made me arrive quite late. So to spend at least a little time with my girlfriend that day she brought me from the airport to my hotel. She didn’t spend the night yet I had to pay extra for her being able to visit me. Absolutely ridiculous imo. I’m used to pay for a room. This was a room with a double bed so technically for two persons yet you have to pay extra for the second person. Makes no sense to me but she didn’t even spend the night. Was maybe there for an hour. And the next day when she came to pick me up I wasn’t fully ready yet so I wanted to go and get her downstairs, take her to my room while I was finishing packing and the hotel staff quickly went to her to ask her if she had paid or not. I’ve never experienced anything like that ever before in any hotel in any country.

The staff was amazing ?

I was charged twice for taxes/fees. Unfortunately, Booking wasn't clear enough about it. Thus, I was disappointed in this grey zone and ended up paying twice taxes/fees. Therefore, I had to book extra nights through other platforms that clarify the payment/taxes. Rather than that, no issues at all.

Staff was excellent throughout the hotel. Special recognition to Maylin at front desk, very helpful.Breakfast was very good.

Poor customer service: I ordered a can of beer then changed my mind and gave them back next morning not consumed but they still charged me for it even though I leave it to them

The 4 people bedroom has 2 beds that are not big enough for 2 adults. The mattress is not good and is very very small.The windows are not sound proof, aSo you can hear everything that is going on outside

I had to change of room at 3am cause the AC wasn’t working… in the other room it felt a damp humid smell

Our room had a very bad smell of the wet carpet and AC was ignoring the settings you would input so it would always make the room extremely cold.

The pool and view

The internet kept going offline in my room repeatedly I asked to be put on the top floor in my pre travel request and got a response that says you are taken care of so I assumed.

The hotel was ok.

Although the web page said "pets welcome". I was surprised to be hit with a hefty fee for bringing my cat. There was no mention of that when booking. Additionaly the hotel is inside a shopping mall which is not made clear beforehand.
