Pros +

Free and easy parking unlike some places in CO.

Cons -

Quality absolutely did not match how it is represented online, room was run down and moldy, hotel property layout and amenities was very bad, not a fun place to be at all. Wildly overpriced for what it was. Beach full of pushy scammers.
