My experience was a good experience in cartagena. I stayed for for 2 weeks. The rooms were exceptionally clean wifi worked fine, full kitchen A/C and terrace with oceanview. The property manager, provided excellent service and speaks english !!

Cons -

The reception people in the main entrance were sometimes clueless about what they are doing so I encourage you to be patient. If you ask for Peter he can manage and take care of everything you may need, he was excellent.
