Hotel Isla Capri

Nothing at all. The entire Hotel was very dirty. Beds were dirty. Seemed they didn’t change the sheets after the last vacate the room

The hotel walls had mold and It’s difficult to breathe.

The breakfast and hotel staff were great.

The room had black mold at the base of the shower, behind the mirror, and around the air conditioning unit. The room's windows had black mold around them, even around the shower window. The wall around the window had a crack that let ants come in from the outside common area and the outside common area trashcan was located just below the window, (source of the ant problem).

The hotel is across the street from the beach. Affordable hotel esp if you know you aren't going to be spending time in the hotel

Pictures are misleading. Hotel is small. Rooms are smaller. We had several rooms. One room had a false window. Moved the curtain and it was nothing but the wall. My room view was a dump lot and people sleeping outside.

I do like it because of its location.

Well, need some paint. I didn’t have tv service for 2 nights. Cable company to blame, but, there isn’t alternatives?

The highlight of staying here was the staff. Every person was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us, from loaning towels for our tour to finding me a wash tub so I could hand wash some laundry. The breakfast was excellent and the service even better. The location is excellent if you want to be close to the beach and it’s about a 15 min walk to the walled part of the city. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The balconies were nice to sit on and look over the water. Great views!

While the location was good for the view and beach access, the hotel is on a very busy road with loud traffic all day and night. The washroom was raised so you had to be careful stepping out. The sink taps didn’t work that great. The water was consistently lukewarm in the sink and shower. The drain couldn’t drain fast enough though so the shower would easily overflow. We had to turn the water off to soap up and then turn it on again to rinse off. The facilities hold a lot of promise but need some renovations and repairs.

The hotel needs a lot of repairs done inside the rooms and in the lobby/pool area.

No hot water, it was lukewarm, no elevators which may create difficulties for those with physical disabilities.

The pool was really small, the cleaning service was coming late about 5pm which isn’t great and meant it wasnt cleaned couple days as we were tend to go out in morning and come back to rest and get ready at 4pm. The rooms had some mould and cracks.

It was close to the beach however you have run across a very 4 lane highway to get to it and the traffic moves very fast .Breakfast was decent

Where do we begin ! No HOT Water the entire stay Black mold in bathroom and bathroom Dirty floor Spider nests on corners on walls and under beds .Maintenance on pool everyday loud. Could not sit by pool .

the hotel is pretty close to the beach, you only need to cross the road, there is a swimming pool available at the property

the beds are not confortable, there is no hot water on the shower, as the weather was very warm, it was not a big issue. there is not frigobar available

Everything was excellent, right across from the beach, free breakfast, Wi-Fi and clean room.

All things were excellent but I would suggest doing something about the flies in the dining room.

The staff are super nice and helpful. All of them. THE beach across the street is ok.All the turgoiuse beaches are an hour away.Close to everything tourist like to see.The staff will help with transport and where to buy supplies without paying too much. I like the lady selling tours at the desk she is nice.

Beds are kinda stiff but I had enough pillows to make another bed lol.

I would only stay here again if there were no other hotels available in Cartagena
