Room was to small and Ac had a bad odor

Very clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Beach access, walking distance to restaurants and stores. The room was spacious, clean and loved the morning breakfast.

When checking out I was told a soda was taken from the mini fridge and I had to pay. My snacks and drinks were from mini store next door not the room. I had no way to prove nothing was taken from the mini fridge so I just paid it.

Location right in front of a good beach. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice and clean.

I will only suggest to have a couple more non gluten-option for breakfast! Food was delicious (love the corn arepas) and I had plenty of options but this may be a winner among tourist!

The location. Able to walk to the beach from the hotel pool But…The breakfast was lacking. The rooms were all in need of updating. Terrace doors did not close properly The air conditioning was not functioning great.

The elevator stopped between floors and you had to carry your bags either up 8 stairs or down 8 stairs to get to your room.

Beach front pool and property, can walk out directly to the sea without dealing with the vendors at the beach

The Staff at Hotel Dann Cartagena made our stay phenomenal. They took care of our every need with a smile. The welcome drink was great and the food service was also excellent.

My personal favorite part of the stay was the fact that it was very clean!

We had an issue with the reservation and we couldn’t fix it until the next day because no one in the property could help us. So that was very frustrating.

Spacious and clean rooms.Safe in the room keeps your passports, credit cards, or cash secure.The pool is nice; however, it's not as big as in the pictures. The chairs by the pool are super comfortable, and the umbrellas give you nice shade.Breakfast is good - the cook prepares eggs for you. There are also some Colombian foods and fruits, cheese, ham, yogurt, coffee, and juices.

The air conditioning in the room was very loud. At dawn, it started constantly turning on and off with a very annoying sound. The hotel is attached to the beach; however, it is not the hotel's property. If you want to sit there, you need to pay extra for the chairs to the locals. Moreover, you will be constantly bothered by people trying to sell you something.The sand on the beach is greish, brownish, and not soft.

The bedroom was large and spacious and really comfortable, the staff were extremely kind and attentive all the time. It is a good location very touristy which makes it feel safer. I enjoyed having access to the beach close by through the pool. The hotel lunch/ dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced.

It says they provide a laundry service but it is an outsourced company and the prices are crazy. i.e €10/£9/$11 USD for a light tshirt, they charge per the item even for one sock,we just went to a local place instead. We got a superior Double Room and it was very spacious which we loved but the bathroom door was a little not fully functional it was the only downside of the room really, everything else was just like pictured/ described.

So close to the beach! Amazing views. Breakfast and restaurant where really good, lots of options. Everyone was super nice! Beds comfy, big rooms

A couple of times we asked to clean up the room early before going out, and at 5pm still the room was not made.

Great staff!!! Pool is clean and has all amenities with access to the beach as well. The room was amazing and had great views. The restaurant and bar are both great.

It’s really beautiful. The view is amazing. I loved the jazz player by the pool. He was great! And the pool was really lovely! Everything was well kept and clean. The front desk staff, bellman, door man, the breakfast staff, all so kind and nice! I felt very safe and taken care of.

The only downside for me was the location. And you can’t do anything about that. There’s really nothing to do there except the beach. Only a couple of shops. A couple of restaurants. I didn’t really feel safe walking around in the evening. Too many men just sitting around on the street.

The pool was cleaned every morning. Breakfast was good and food was plentiful. Room was cleaned everyday and was very comfortable. Surprisingly, I slept well every night. The staff were always pleasant and ready to serve.

Nothing, it was clean and welcoming. A lot of people complained about the elevator stoping between two floors, so you had to walk up or down six steps, it didn't bother me in the least.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

Breakfast is good. Although it wasn't much, it still had eggs, meat, cheese and fruit, but the coffee was terrible.

The hotel is located in Bocagrande, where the beach is not good. There is a lot of garbage around. The beach in front of the hotel has black sand, hard and the waves are huge. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, the restaurants are a bit far away - about a 10-minute walk. The pool is small and is in the shade almost all day, there is no view of the sea from there. The prices in the hotel are quite high. I had paid a higher price for a double superior room, but they put us in a standard room and refused to refund the difference. I did not get what I paid for. This is pure robbery. The reception staff was rude and did not want to cooperate, and in addition, during check-in they made us wait longer and everyone who came after us got their rooms earlier. The room was small, worn out and with old furniture. Not worth the price, the furniture is battered and scratched. The sofa was dirty. I regret the choice and I would not repeat it.
