Hotel InterContinental Cartagena By IHG

Location and customer service

The bed was a bit noisy

Nice Staff

Cable didn’t work and room service was expensive.

The room view, spa and the pool!

No there wasn¿t.

Great location. Close to local restaurants, vendors, money exchanges and on the beach. Pretty good size rooms and with a view of the beach and ocean.

Not sure.

Great location staff was friendly and responded to requests quickly.

Great location, helpful staff and amazing views. You are within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and the beach is right across the street. A temperature check is required each time you enter the premises.

Vendors flock to visitors as soon as they step foot off the property. I don¿t blame the hotel for this but would like future guests to be aware it can interfere with relaxation whether on the adjacent beach or just going for a walk. Safety was no concern

The hotel staff was great. Shout out to a Hotel employee for her customer service and being a great evangelist for the hotel.

More detail to room cleaning. The walls had stuff people had dripped/splattered/smudged on walls. Their floor that the coloring that makes you wonder if it¿s clean. Had to switch rooms do to AC leak.

The beach was close.

The extra charge for guests and everything was a problem. The hallways smelled of mold and the rooms too!! I had several severe allergy attacks.they need to hire a wimdow cleaning company so people can enjoy the view. Wont be back it wasn't worth the $

The hotel is very clean, the service was excellent and the pool is amazing! It has a mall attached and a grocery store less than a block away. Also, not a bad walk to el centro historico. Close cab ride to good restaurants, bars and places to dance.

The location was very convenient connected to a mall and across the street from the beach. Short walk to local stores, bars and restaurants.

the view and clean and the service

everything excellent

Great view, spacious room, nice pool

The beautiful ocean view from the hotel is tarnished by the dirty windows, And in a 5 star hotel you would expect a king size bed. They only have queen.

The pool and breakfast

Further from other attractions

The staff was very polite & spoke English. They answered all my questions ' were very helpful and attentive to my needs such as helping me count Columbian Pesos etc.

The room was spacious and the location was somewhat centrally located.

They closed the pools down early so we weren't able to enjoy it, the room service food was raw and when we notified them about it nothing was done. This hotel needs better training for the staff because they're 5 star service is lacking.

The pool had great hours.

Location

Right in front of the beach. Hotel staff quickly attended to any request. Terrific location.

Excellent customer service and great food the room was perfect A1

Secureity was on point. Felt safe at all times.
