Cleanliness and professional staff.

No window and some rooms was smelling - humidity.

Excellent service and location. The staff were so gracious and accommodating to me as a limited Spanish speaker.

The waiters/bell men were so handsome ooh lala! Very courteous and professional staff. Location was 1 block from the beach and close to restaurants.

No, only that I couldn?t stay forever!

The staff were great, helpful, and friendly. The room was nicely furnished, and very clean.

The room had some knicks on furniture and marks on the wall that made it look less than it was. Also, the room was a bit damp. It would have been nice to have a dehumidifier setting in the air conditioning unit, or a separate one available for use.

The service and attentiveness is top notch at this hotel. I love the staff, including the door handlers and bartenders. Would visit this place over and over if given the chance.

Well, the hot water to my room was intermittent and I had to take a cold shower, However, after calling the front desk to alert them about the water a maintenance member was there to verify the water temperature withing 10 minutes. Fortunately, by time he arrived the hot water was back on.

Oz Hotel has excellent client service and attention to detail. I appreciated the nice comfortable king bed. The staff were in abundance and eager to help. I love this place! My second stay? Keep up the great work!

I loved everything.

I liked the hotel, it was very clean and the customers service was excellent. They received us with complementary drinks and they upgraded our hotel room. Breakfast was great, they had plenty of option in their buffet. Checking in and out was very easy too.

friendly staff great location, near 24 hour cafe and grocery store. away from the tourist crowds so peaceful

Breakfast was limited only scrambled eggs, no variety, some fresh fruit, too many pastries ?, juice all tasted watered down, didn’t enjoy the coffee at all again watered down. Hallway gets noisy early can hear cleaning staff at 7am talking and door sounds.

The staff is so nice of friendly they go above and beyond the duties to make sure everything very comfortable. And I'm a birthday. They brought me a small cake to my room. It was totally unexpected thanks OZ hotel?

The location and breakfast was amazing.

There is a newer side to the hotel. You aren't given the opportunity to book that side. You just show up and hopefully they have rooms available on the newer side. If not or so they say, you'll be on the older side, which is unfortunate.

Front Desk and all workers were very friendly and always willing to help.

Staff and their service, there is hot water for shower but not from the bathroom sink, great air conditioning (but a bit noisy), quiet place. They also have a notebook with tours in Cartagena

The hotel is brand new, about 1 month old, so everthing looks new. The staff was very frendly and the location was excellent. I was moved to the Oz Collection, which is the new version, but the price is similar.

The location is good, many shopping spots near by and it’s close to the beach. The staff are good and friendly

They serve water in the reception for the guests but I don’t think it’s bottled water, as soon as I took a sips of it I smelled and taste like tap water so I didn’t drink more and I bought me few bottled water. Same day I ordered room service but then same night I started vomiting and I got diarrhea so I don’t know it’s from the water or the food either way this ruined my holiday I couldn’t eat or go out
