The clean bed sheets and room.

The first set of towels were clean and soft but the towels after that were stained and rough.

The pool and inner courtyard was wonderful. The pool chairs were especially nice!

The window was mostly blocked by a wall to the inner courtyard so there was no natural light.

The room, bed and facilities were nice and confortable. The breakfast delicious.

Had average expectations, but they were definitively not achieved.

While the room and pool offered a convenient option for a brief overnight stay before our onward journey, we chose this place particularly as the hotel offered a Conference Room for hire which I required for a Board meeting. Sadly, the overall experience fell significantly short of expectations.Specifically, I encountered a considerable issue with the pre-booked Conference Room. Despite having paid for and confirmed its availability with your staff in advance, the room was unavailable when I needed it. Furthermore, due to the timing overlapping with our checkout, we were moved to another room where the internet connection was unusable, which severely hampered my ability to prepare for my meeting.We also experienced a significant lack of privacy and disruption in our room. While resting with my wife and son, maintenance staff began working on our door without any prior notice or knock. They even entered the room, which we found both intrusive and unsettling.Finally, the arrangements for our family joining us for breakfast were poorly handled. Despite informing your staff in advance and confirming our willingness to pay for their consumption, there appeared to be internal miscommunication regarding procedures. This resulted in a chaotic and unpleasant experience during breakfast.While we appreciated the pool facilities and the efforts of the administration to resolve issues, the aforementioned problems significantly detracted from our stay. The lack of availability of a pre-booked and paid-for facility, the intrusive maintenance work, and the disorganized breakfast service created a decidedly less than ideal experience.I hope you will take this feedback constructively to address these issues and improve the experience for future guests.

Provide only one towels for faces , feet and hands . Did not have a coffee or tea maker, no cup for water. Poor help .

The hotel was very affordable, the food offerings were tasty and the pool was nice. I liked that check out was so late and it was close to the beach.

They only provided two towels for the entirety of our stay, they did not bring us any new towels or have any pool or beach towels to use. The WiFi didn’t work in the room at all.

Perfect location in Bocagrande. Everything is a short walk away. Useful supermarket right across the street to pick up water, soda, fruit and fresh-made pies. Big room. Good breakfast from Tac restaurant but they need to start making some home fries and replace those tiny coffee cups that are Expresso size.

Room and amenities could be better. Shower door did not close, old towels, one skimpy roll of toilet paper, useless TV. For those with mobility issues, there is no elevator. Pillows not comfortable.

Staff support

The hotel was not super clean, sheets were very old, torn and stained.

The food in the restaurant was very good. It wasn’t a buffet, you choose from a menu but it was very tasty. The staff was very kind and mindful to help us change into a more appropriate room and to make sure we are content.

The facilities themselves weren’t satisfactory. We got a room that is very different than in the photos. During our 2-night stay we changed rooms twice. The photos advertised are a premium room instead of the double room you’ll get. Also the doors and walls are very very thin so you can hear literally everything when someone is talking in the hallway or even preparing breakfast on the ground floor (we were one floor up). Most of the rooms also don’t have windows.

Hotel is in a great location. There is a supermarket right across. Walkable to the beach. The staff are very nice and were accommodating to my requests.

The hotel is showing its age. The rooms are worn down, paint is chipping, the walls have cracks and in general need of renovations. The hallway lights are motion sensitive and only turn on when someone is walking but when you open the door to get out its pitch black in the hallway.

Stuff was friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately the stuff were going to put me in a room without a Window. This was unaceptable specially when I booked a room with a window to the swimming pool. This was soon sorted but had to show my disatisfaction before they could look at other options.I found more than 4 Cockroaches in my room. The dreinners in the bathroom had a very bad smell. The towels smell of dirt.

I've stayed here before. it's a convenient location and the room is comfortable. Walking distance from tons of restaurants, even across the street from a very popular one, I was never able to get into to.

I can hear everything in the hallway. I wish the room had an additional latch on door.

Stuff we’re not able to provide paid receipt, not sure why, asked to be paid by cash as preferable option. Kitchen opens at 7:00 a.m. asked for a coffee at 6:50 a.m to leave to the airport there were no able to provided it until time. ?☕️

The rooms do not look as good as on pictures

Oustanding location, this allows you get into enyojable activites (Beach, Bars, Restaurant) and pretty near to Cartagena downtown.

The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, it has a varied menu from which you can choose, including fresh fruit, the staff is super friendly, they all knew my son's name and made us feel at home.

The elevator is under construction and they initially gave us a room with a blocked window because of that. But I asked to change and they gave me another room right away.

Staff was super nice and accommodating and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Our room was a little muggy, probably because it was on the first level next to the pool. The AC helped make it less humid.
