The hotel Staff was excellent! Most of the staff don't speak english but are eager to help you. The location is near all the attractions in the old city. The rooms are nice, clean and very spacious. The pool is small but on the top floor which has a view

Great location next to the main street of Getsemani. Good AC and great service. They have an elevator and hot water. The minibar prices for beverages was cheaper than the local bodegas which was a pleasant surprise.

No complaints at all.

The humidity and mold smell. But staff was very fast, kind and proactive in solving the issue.

Some rooms were quite good but others weren’t. We were a group of 8 friends and there were a lot of differences for the same room type. View from the rooftop was beautiful.

Besides breakfast was well prepared, the quantity wasn’t enough. It was asked for a little more and the reply was that wasn’t included and we should pay extra. My suggestion is to pass breakfast to a buffet. Courtesy water should be given to all guests.

Within walking distance of many places, the breakfast was included, the staff was very helpful.

The staff was excellent and the rustic Hotel feel was wonderful. The pool and rooftop were great.

The bed mattress could use an upgrade and little things like tissue or napkins could of been great in the room.

We loved the location (saw 3 sloths in the park 100m away), the pool was a welcome addition as well as the roof deck, and the AC worked well. Oh, and an elevator for baggage ease.

Location, staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast every morning was a big plus

only provided you with one towel per person and you had to ask for an extra one daily because room keeping would take them from room. Pool upstairs could be cleaner/ more maintained.

We stayed for a night but it was gorgeous! Very close to Getsemaní and to the old town/ it’s like the middle of everything / walking distance to the most famous restaurants clubs and monuments the city has to offer . Hotel is nice and you can enjoy the terrace for a chill moment/ very peaceful, staff were very helpful all the time / the way they interact with you is magical.. highly recommend it’

It was the best hotel of my whole Colombia trip. I paid for it, but it was totally worth it.

Great location, walk straight into the bust streets but the bedrooms were still quiet.We originally booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for 9!We had to move rooms because of extending our stay but all rooms were quiet, only downside , some are internal rooms with no window.Great breakfast and helpful staff couldn’t have asked for more

Good location near the park and Old City and breakfast included. Helpful staff assisted with dinner reservations and booking drivers for airport pickup and to Santa Marta when we left Cartegena.

The breakfast restaurant was horrible experience, was just 2 people serving, the same people preparing drinks and breakfast and it became a nightmare every morning spendings around 3 hours waiting there for the complete breakfast! Last day we spend 3 hours and the cereal never arrived, people left disgusting!Terrible service

The water in the pool lacked chlorine- didn’t feel clean. And the breakfast at the restaurant next door was extremely slow, and lower quality than what we’ve experienced in the rest of Colombia.

Stayed for 6 days in a 3rd floor room with 2 beds. Clean rooms, good location to get easily while walking to main tourism areas. Staff are attentive and very helpful. Elevator is present in hotel to get to upper floors. Felt very safe, access to hotel is locked gate with 24h staff. Small safe located in room. Breakfast is included at a separate restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel, fairly straightforward/basic but good. No issues with hot water in the shower, or A/C in the room (via heat pump). No issues with toilet, like other areas in the walled city, toilet paper goes into the garbage and not flushed. Did not use pool.Review the photos and see if it works for you - if you are expecting the Hilton, go to the Hilton. We loved our stay and would come back. Go see the monkeys and sloths in the park

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and generally we were pleased with our stay.Advantages:- good location, you can get easily by foot to the relevant places and there are many restaurants, minimarkets, ATMs etc. in the immediate proximity;- very polite personnel;- good security (you can only enter/exit if the staff opens the acces door);- rooftop with nice view;- clean rooms and good cleaning service;- good food for breakfast.

Disadvantages:- the area is a bit loud, many parties/loud music around so it get a little bit noisy if you want to sleep early (we did not mind this but might be a disadvantage for families with kids);- scarce lighting in the rooms and no natural light - there is some sort of window but it opens with a view in the inside court, anyone passing by would be able to see in your room if you keep the window open as there is no curtain;- noisy ventilation in the bathroom;- the restaurant where breakfast is served is quite small so you need to get up really early in order to avoid waiting for a table to become available.Overall, a little too expensise for what the hotel provides but it appears that this is mainly due to the good location. I would recommend espacially for young people.

This is an inexpensive hotel and a short walk of 2-3 blocks to reach the famous Walled City of Cartagena. The beds were fine and the place was clean. There is breakfast included. The staff were very friendly and dedicated, and even helped me print something out I needed. They were always there to ring the security gate open at any hour. And they had a room with FOUR double beds which is amazing to find for a family. Our kids took that room and each got a bed.

While this hotel is a good value for budget-conscious travelers, it feels more like a motel then a hotel. This is located on one of the busier nightlife streets in Getsemani, which is akin to the East Village in New York City or Bourbon Street in New Orleans.. full of bars, clubs, street vendors, hawkers, and restaurants, a bit edgy and gritty, but safe because the streets are always crowded... but it doesn't always feel that safe as an American. That said, we personally had no problems with safety. Beware of noise, however. The hotel is a long narrow building squeezed in between apartment buildings, and on New Year's Eve the apt across the courtyard had a noisy party until 2am that felt like it was in our room. Also, the free breakfast staff were very nice but the cooked food and juice was extremely mediocre.
