Great value for price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was great. Location was amazing.

A bit out dated because building is old you seen some mold in the corners but overall it¿s clean.

Tiny Rooms, No Windows, No Remote Control or any way to Set the Air Conditioner,,, Super Cold Rooms, Sucky Breakfast It actually looks & Feel like I was Entering a Super Cheap Motel, My mother & I Have to Sleep In One Bed. Horrible experience

The breakfast was good but simple.The cups, bowls,etc sometimes are not available in breakfasttime, we had to wait and requested it.The breakfast always been the same. Didn't meet my expectations TV didn't work for 7 days. I requested to reception to fix but I hadn't received any support from them.They did not supply soap after the second day

House keeping was the best part about this hotel. When I needed anything they assisted me

None of the staff spoke English even through the ad said they did. The rooms are so small that you can stand in the center and touch both walls. It’s like being in a jail cell and I’mOnly 5’8. I had paid for two people and was charged 50,000 pesos for friends to come visit me. Note I was there for 10 days for a boxing event and had friends and other fighters and staffs come visit me and helps me with my training. Even showed them the poster that I was on and they said that you can’t have visitors. No hot water. No windows in the room. The breakfast sucked. No American breakfast as they said they offered.

It was a very comfortable room, small but it had it all to make our stay satisfying. Also, the breakfast was very good, they gave us different options, fresh fruits and juices with mini breads that were delicious. The location is privileged since is located in an area where you have it all but it is also very quiet and you can rest peacefully.

At the beginning we felt the room was too small but then we adapted and ended up being perfect for our stay.

After the first night I requested to change the room because there was no space for me, luggage and place for PC, the only space was for bad. Fortunately, the staff provided me with a much better room with all needs, however the place for toilet was very small while shower had more space.

Nobody speaks English. The breakfast is the same for all days.

When I arrived, rooms were not available and the ones we saw were in a bad state. They ended up reimbursing my money but it took 5 days. Even though they reimbursed it, they were very inefficient doing so.

A bit worn and I was given the room facing the street next to reception. All the sounds of the street were to be heard.

The staff was super helpfull, expecially the man staying in the nights shift. Very objetive in the explanations. There are good restaurants near the hotel.

The bathroom is one of the smallest I've ever seen. I am 1,8m tall, so it was funny. The rooms were also very noisy because we could hear anything happening in the reception. Even with our room beeing one of the fartest.

Staff members very friendly and helpful. Hotel very well located next to restaurants and the beach. The room had a safe which makes the guest more relaxed to leave money. Overall a very good hotel.

A small fridge in the room would be very nice.
